Do we ever, ever get tired of Mexican food? No! Never! It's the ultimate comfort food. What a joy to watch JL and friend flip out with happiness. I grew up in South Texas, daughter of Texan farmers, whose parents took us to every Mexican restaurant in my town. When I grew up, I learned from all the Mexican moms and grandmas I could find, how to cook it authentically. Then I raised my family on it - carnitas, carne asada, fresh salsas and tortillas, tamales, napalitos, chayote...yum! My kitchen pantry is always loaded with Mexican ingredients. Nothing beats that warm, rich, spicy, complex cuisine.

The Central & South parts of Mexico use lamb in their cooking. You may not see it often in a lot of restaurants but we eat it at home, at parties or any other special event. 😄 The preparation is long and sometimes costly. We make it in the style of “Barbacoa” (style of Mexican bbq that’s steamed and cooked underground) It’s definitely an experience to see and try! this style is definitely unique and it looks delectable! 🤤🤤🤤

The Central & South parts of Mexico use lamb in their cooking. You may not see it often in a lot of restaurants but we eat it at home, at parties or any other special event. 😄 The preparation is long and sometimes costly. We make it in the style of “Barbacoa” (style of Mexican bbq that’s steamed and cooked underground)
