No one ever ‘took the time’ to write a letter, we wrote letter because they were the only way to send written correspondence. Email is a letter. The haters are just unskilled at typing.
I know the pub trade is struggling . Its a shame its not like it used to be. But i realy hate sport and i realy hate football . So i hate to see it on tv. The main fans of sport r nothing but hooligans. Not all of them but alot of people r. To me the pub trade shud be full of karryoki or the jukebox .
Martin Fairclough Firstly, pubs cater for everyone, not just you Secondly,You need to worry about your spelling before anything else, just deciphering your comment was hard work
Totally right. Music in pubs suck, I want to talk with my friends without shouting. Music doesn't really add anything to a nice pub atmosphere, more likely it takes something away. Less noise = happier evening.
6 years on and I still agree with Warwick Davis. Writing letters required some degree of literacy; of language utility. It challenged us to be expressive and economic with our choice of words and grammar. Emails are, without doubt, a useful invention but I can't help feeling we are losing something truly important.
A lot of hate in the comments which I find strange, Warwick seems like a really nice guy. I don't agree with him that E-mails are a negative thing but that's no reason for the nasty comments.
Well i can admit it. I have bad spelling coz im dislexic also i got slight brain damage . So under the cercomstances i think i do pretty good but if u want to laph then go ahead. Pluss having big fingers and a small phone doesent help things mutch .
Warwick Davis has lived such a closeted and privileged life he doesn’t understand what the hell he’s talking about. Emails are a requirement of the modern world. He’s got a chip on his shoulder as a result of being a dwarf but that doesn’t excuse it.
He comes from a working class background idiot hes not privileged his first film was in star wars return of the jedi he was only 10 yrs old. He's had to work hard to overcome his disability.
I agree with him on this one. I don’t like getting emails as well. The letters are better for me, emails can be a pain in the butt
Ahhh Warwick Davies!!!
Thought I smelt cabbage

E-mails? They're better than fucking voicemails, that much is certain.
You can't wipe your arse on an email
Put in room 101 pubs that has sport on t.v . A pub shud only have music. If u wanna watch t.v then stay at home.
Martin Fairclough The pub trade is struggling as it is,take away sports from them and they would disappear completely
If you want to listen to music then stay at home.

How to troll a dyslexic: create the word for their condition and make it spell dyslexic
Funny

oh how awful, people might want to keep in more regular touch with people, what a terrible thing.
lighten up, he is joking!
Warwick has never had to work in the real world so he wouldn't understand the necessity of emails in today's society.
lighten up, he is joking
