Nice to see someone displaying the Honda CRF450L's abilities. My 2019 model is great. In that type of riding scenario, the CRF-L is like cheating! Also, your video is easy to watch. Good sound, picture quality, etc..
Done a few race on the 450L this year, it is a very capable bike, especially for rallies and the best lightweight adventure bike

Mike what a great video, me of your best yet. Inspiring enough to want me to get out there and do it myself… I’m looking for a bike already… Really captured the scenery and the vib of the event and it was refreshing to see the eclectic mix of bikes and people there… surely ‘just for the fun of it’ is where it’s at… we’ll done on your placing and winning the category … imagine if you were really trying 😀
Love the spirit of the event! Do you mind me asking how old you are? I'm in my 50s and I'm wondering if I'm getting too old for this kind of riding.
I was 50 then 51 now. Defo not too old, I raced MX with a guy well into his 60s. Fitness defo helps and good prep

a honda crf 450l are these allowed as trail bike more enduro ! or can you use any bike or is there a weight limit ?
No enduros, but designated trail/dual sport bikes - I think a simple test is does it come fitted with indicators.
