Valve Check on the CRF450RL! Are They in Spec?

I might be a bit early, but we're checking the valves in the CRF450RL (CRF450L). Fairly easy job, really the only trouble is taking the tank off and getting to those pesky intake valves! Exhaust valves are a piece of cake. Thankfully everything was in spec, but I kinda expected that because many have said that the CRF450L valves rarely get out of spec, even after thousands of miles! When that day come though, I'll give a how-to video on how to shim your valves.

Took my RL to back to the shop at 5000km and only the exhaust needed the slightest adjustment..just clocked 8000km.. runs like a top..keep the internals clean peoples and you'll grin for years.. such a great bike.

You can always stack various feeler gauges to get the thickness you need.
