James R. Barker gets stuck in Port of Cleveland Ice on 1/16/25

Watching the James R. Barker come into Cleveland for its last trip of the season. It was unable to get past the Old US Coast Guard Station due to a few inches of Ice. The Tug Michigan eventually came to break up the ice and free her up.
