Crystal don't worry about the soap form or lack of. It gives it character to have some different shapes. It don't need to be smooth. try some smaller molds of different shapes. I used some flowers shells and dog bones. of course they were small but my grandson loved them. He liked the goat and olive oil with peppermint e.o.

You could harvest some of your local cactus fruit or blossoms and add that to your soap as well. Rule of thumb: Anything edible is typically safe on skin, except for allergies of course.
I made my soap molds super easy to get out, i just hinged boards together lined it with oilcloth fold up and put bungie cord around it and pour soap in when ready to take out you just remove the bungie cord and the sides and ends fold down lift the soap and cut
That is definitely disappointing that they don't seem to care about getting the milk results back to anyone! Especially for people who are selling their goats, they can make more money if they have a better pedigree!
This is horrible I’ve got two goats they haven’t even sent me anything to register they’ve had babies no papers no stars they come from a great line but I have nothing to show I want to get started on the milk stars ⭐️

On a side note I have finally had surgery 1 of 2 on my knees. I have 1 wk of recovery in and already feel a difference. It will be great to have both knees done and get my life back. As an Arkansas native, pretty much anywhere would be good to live with goats. I suggest looking at the Hot Springs area, Ft Smith, Fayetteville areas. I grew up further to the south near the top of Louisiana, lots of farms around there for sure
If you would like to live around a college with a good agricultural program, the area around Southern Arkansas University in the bottom of Arkansas is good too

Growing your own food is a worthy ideal but it doesn’t give you any security other than food security. It is good to see that you have adapted to the opportunities available to you which will bring you a higher quality life and more satisfaction and financial security. We either become aware of and adapt to changing circumstances or we perish. Simple as that. You are just so smart and wise and funny and it has been a pleasure to be along with you for the journey. I do miss seeing the garden and the other animals but the soap making is pretty cool too! And we get to enjoy the soap at home which is awesome!

Muscle/ soft tissue tares take a long time to heal. There is nothing cuter than watching a short legged goat try to run at full blast.
