Instead of prenatal vitamins, would it not be more beneficial to assign a stronger vitamin-rich diet? Are there no actual food sources for these vitamins? I just watched another science video where it was explained that science hasn't confirmed the effectiveness of vitamins, or even that they can be detrimental. Tough waters to navigate.

I had an allergic reaction to my prenatal and my OBGYN office recommended that I just take Flintstone vitamins instead. This just seems wrong. Am I right?
