Nothing in the stores today can compare to those older ornaments and figurines. Our family angel tree topped looks similar to the one with the gold mesh hair. Purchased probably around 1956. Angie is still going strong!
Wonderful vintage ornaments. I am surprised the glass ornaments were not broken. I love everything, but. really love the lone Wiseman, the nattivity scene and the cutting bowl table. and the individual nativity pieces.
Love the nativity set and the ones that are little angels and all the ones that are wooden As you already know anything marked Italy is worth money YOU have a very very good selection there that it's worth a lot more than $8 Good Buy
Don't snip the top of the bottle brush tree, tie a bow around the wire! What a great selection of vintage ornaments! Loved the Santa bells! Merry Christmas! 🎄🎅☃️🎄🎅☃️🎄
OMG what a treasure trove!!!!! The NOEL figurines 😍😍😍. Love all of the mini wooden ones! Cannot believe those vintage bottle brush trees!!!😍😍😍🎄🎄🎄. I just love it ALL!!
Love the little wooden skiers, the bottle brush trees, and all of those ornaments are show stoppers! ‘Oooooh wow!’ Exactly 😂 I think the pom pom bird may be the cutest ornament ever! 😵 NOEL 😵
Love the ornaments. I have the fox one. I had to giggle at the squirrel. I buy those for my hubby. He used to feed the squirrel all the time and they became outdoor pets. If you ever sell any peanuts ones let me know. I have a tree just for the gang.
Oh my gosh! That net bag of village pieces are something my mom bought me after a Dr. Visit when I was very little...maybe 4. I’m 65 now. I played with those till the paint was worn off. Such happy memories. I love that little set! Janet
nanajl54 Thank you so much for letting me know that. I thought they were vintage but sometimes when I find things in such good condition it throws me for a loop.
Hahaha. A child who loves bleu cheese salad dressing !! 💙💚🤍. Oh and your haul…that haul…holy haul. I am new here and here for the duration. My kind of vintage loving heart. Not sure whatever happened previously with a name change ,YT issues, bleebadee-blah, just so happy to have found you and your channel. 🥰🥰🥰
Oh my goodness, you found some awesome things, lady! $8!! So happy for you. ☺Loved it all, especially the mice and blown glass ornaments. TFS Hope your decorating is coming along. I'm almost done...I think.😉
Oh my, the squirrel is adorable. I can't believe all of these fabulous ornaments you found. 😍 I found a couple of those mercury glass Birds in a box at an estate sale. I paid about $0.10 each for them. They thought the Tails were missing, but when I got in the car I noticed they were stuck inside the birds! Awesome
Wow! Epic indeed! The bottlebrush trees, the birds, the figurines! I think my favorite is the little feather bird because I'm so fascinated with anything that has mica flakes. It's so strange to imagine a time when glitter didn't exist yet. I remember reading that it actually started with one family who are still the major distributer of glitter now. Crazy! I love all of your treasures, and your videos have been helping me get into the holiday spirit (which is lacking this year because of this dang flu!) I gotta get some pretty things up!
I was so sick last year at Christmas. It really zaps the Christmas mood! I have a box of mica flakes that I use but too much glue seems to make them gray.
@@TarnishedTreasures1 That's an excellent pointer, I'll keep it mind for the future, if I can ever find some mica flakes. Does it depend on what type of glue it is? I also decided I'm just going to power through this annoying flu and decorate anyway, my niece and nephew are depending on me for a pretty Christmas!
Jason Bold the jelly fish is so magical. It was wrapped up with lots of tissue paper and in that box so I had no clue what was inside. It just proves you always need to open the boxes to see whats in there.
Great finds! I put a feather tree in my sons room. I started thrifting the little wooden ornaments to put on it. So far he has five. Good thing he’s only 2 and I have time to keep collecting. Ha! That’s the fun though.
I adore the Santa bell ornaments. We had some nuns similar to those. If they still exist, my sister and I will be fighting over them, lol. (We don't fight, but we will both want them, for sure.) The little pom pom bird in the wreath is wonderful....and a clip-on nest, how fun!
Epic totally describes this haul!!!!! I love EVERYTHING!!!!😍❤ So glad it was priced well and you didn't have to give anything up!!!! Love the new name🤗
I'm catching up on your videos so my comment is a little late. Sorry. The Old World Ornaments have a website you can purchase from and they are pretty expensive but not as expensive as Christopher Radcos. We have no place in the south we can EVER find anything like what you have found. That's amazing and wow so lucky. Are you in the US?
This was an amazing day at the thrift store but I do know they do save all the Christmas donations until Thanksgiving. So this was an entire year of people’s donations stored up that I got to pick from.
I love your haul. The little wooden toy village is definitely German. Depending how old it is they could be from the 1800s till 1980s it can be worth a lot of money. I saw it selling in Germany between 20€ uptil 60€. Have fun with all your treasures.
I can’t believe all the great stuff you got! I love the glass mistletoe. I’ve didn’t know that existed before. And they all look wonderful in your home.
I die! 😍What a fabulous haul! Did or are you going back for more?! Would you consider doing a Christmas house tour, it would be fabulous! Happy holidays!🥰
I don't comment much. But I watch all. What a rude person who was touchy about grabbing! I'm sure you will cry all day because they unsubscribed! Lol Probably do happy dance instead! Ha You really found some great finds today! Tyfs. HUGS
Superior Girl Vintage it’s been pretty slow here, especially estate sales and Savers. So this was an awesome find. I guess they store it from the donations all year long until Black Friday.
