The Heaviest Podcast of All Time
Thanks for having us! 🤘
Sharpen The Blade will forever be a favorite song of mine!! You guys are awesome
Yo Garza: I’m not a social media type guy, but felt a special need to say…Us Anchos old school guys are so proud of you man. I used to see you quite a bit 12-15 years ago at the restaurant. You guys used to pop in all the time! Patio by yourselves, I get it. As new metal heads started working\cooking, I told your story. Still a trip watching you guys kill world wide. Secret sauce very evident on this last record. Dave
discovered Daath at the Masquerade by Eyal giving me a demo. Love this band!
Krimh is a legend. I remember watching his drum videos on UA-cam waaay back.
I look forward to these. One thing I like about Mondays. 🤘🏼🔥
Can't wait for the new record from these guys. The singles and covers they've been putting out rip especially the Morbid Angel one.
Saw them way back 2006 with Goatwhore and Cattle Decapitation in the basement of a VFW. Was fucking GREAT!
Believe it or not, I remember that show! It was the only VFW on that tour, and the load in/out was memorable haha. Glad you enjoyed it!
Dude loves his Opeth, love it 🤘🏾
This will be personal but man, I discoverer Daath when I was 13 in like 2007, I would do chores so my mom would buy me their cds haha sad part, on the day after my mom passed, first thing I did was blast that 1st Daath record. So nice to hear about them again. One time I was at best buy with my mom in 07 and she asked to put the daath cd in cuz she didn't know what it was and with all them surround sounds with the stereos I remember it just BLARED through out best buy. Good times. Mom was horrified.
🙏🏽🤍🤘🏽 love this episode
Great talks great session
I'm subed to *KRIMH* He's 🔥🔥

Currents - Better Days is that song for me
Krimh casually saying "I had to leave my country to Poland to play with Decapitated" LOL
Aha. As you do.
Opened for these guys years ago in California and they were super chill and nice
Hey Chris! I’ve noticed in a few videos you’ve written down names of bands and songs the guests mention. It would be a cool idea to have the guy googling make a note document with a list of all the names dropped bands the guests make and then show it on screen at the end so we can screenshot it! Keep up the good work 🤙🏼
We
“Your face is covered in
Webs spun from words without worth
Entangled in my world
I digest my offerings.”
Krimh is a badass drummer I’ve been watching his UA-cam channel for years.
What I have learned from hearing Eyal Levi's stories is that you need to have a BIG budget if you are just considering having some sort of success... back in the days printing 25000 CDs, flying to shows, and so on, now could be paying hundreds of advertisements.
The CDs weren't expensive, they just took FOREVER. It was 25k over the course of 4 years. Appx $20 per 100. It works out to $1000-$1500 per year. With those trips fly coach, book way in advance, and stay on people's couches. Its also not that expensive spread out over years.
@@eyalleviurm Thanks for the deep dive, anyway I just admire the dedication people put into it, I'm a friend of Fleshgod Apocalypse and I know very well how hard but also expensive it is to make it thru this business. Nothing but respect.
My pleasure. For sure it's not nothing. It does cost money to have a band, especially in the early stages. Strategizing how to best use whatever money your band can put towards it is really important. I remember Maynard from Tool saying that he sold just about all his home electronics to be able to fund some of their early work. Also, mad respect and love for Fleshgod. It's amazing what they've achieved. @@EdoCFH

Poor Rafael looks like a intern just hanging out without a mic. You guys got a sick lineup
We love Rafael.
@@eyalleviurm I don't doubt that a single second :D
yo, which band from Hell at The Masquerade did you remember?
Blasted that chimaira album every day. I remember hearing slipknot when I was 9 for the first time. Was In the car with my cousin and uncle and remember thinking “the fuck is this? This is sick!” Metal head from then on.
Loved this show. Big fan of khrimh, class drummer and Daath is quickly becoming one of my favourite bands.
"There's no bodies under my house or anything" That's what a psycho would say...

Tried so hard to be Death. Even just one letter out 😂
Not really... completely different sounds. Kick rocks kids
Is the old Daath didn't make it, I don't think this daath is going to make it....
