I am a stay at home mom. Thought I would go back to work and realized I couldn’t. My husband was a student and he had no idea how we would survive (neither did I) but I just knew I could not miss this precious time. And 2.5 years later I’m still here with him cherishing this time ! We are figuring it out day by day but i believe when you have a vision or dream that aligns with your heart life supports you in infinite ways big and small.

You won't regret this decision. We missed capturing the first few years of our kids lives. That's actually one of the primary reasons we run our UA-cam channel, is to intentionally capture our kids as they grow up. Even though I was a videographer, in the early years of our kids lives, I didn't do a good job capturing photos and videos. But now with doing UA-cam full time we have stacks of hard drives of them as they grow! Its an investment into memories. My 85 year old self will thank me someday, and I'm sure you will also. And Max is beautiful!
Max is so handsome, I unschooled all four of my kids, it was a wonderful beautiful experience. I, too have been watching you since your van years. It has been thrilling watching your life unfold. You are right, being a stay at home mom is the best life ever. It goes by so fast. My babies are 37 and 34 now and it seems like it was just yesterday that they were born. I enjoyed every minute of every day and my "babies" and I are still very close. Keep up your good life.

Stay home.. raise your baby no one will ever love him and care for him exactly like you would.. so why not do it especially if you absolutely can. Daddy will provide and show him how to be an awesome man and Mommy will show him nurturing love and what type of wife he should seek one day. Do not leave him in a daycare or any others hands but family and close friends if you must. Much love to your precious little family. ❤

Hello Max nice to meet you. My brother who was older than me of six years was born with a clubfoot. I remember when he turned sixteen he had a op to lengthen his leg and remember him being in a cast and on crutches. He never let his disability get him down when he was young. His friends at school even told me about how he never let anything get him down and he did sports. He later became a corporal in the army a lovely person. He died in a car accident at the age of 33 years, to me he is my hero.
First time I stumbled upon your channel was when I was learning how to load a camera with film and I’ve been following your journey since. Here I am today, a professional photographer, still following your amazing adventures that warm my heart every time. Sending love! 🥲

I would just like to add that some of the mistakes I’ve seen other UA-camrs make while sharing their child(ren), and more of their personal lives on their channel, is disclosing way too much location stuff like what town they live in, then you see them at their kids school, you see them walking thru their neighborhood, they film at their place of employment in the town where they’ve told you they live, etc. I think as long as you’re protective of those details AND as Max gets older honoring his feelings/wishes around being on the channel -you’ll be just fine!

Unschooling is the best decision I ever made and such a wonderful journey. Kids have such an innate drive to learn. It's is not the easiest road but it's amazing. You guys are the best parents you can do this and set a great example. Love the snow by the way! ❄

Grateful every day that the scary time is behind us and that we get to watch your new adventure unfold both in real life and on your channel. I just found your channel again after so many years! I originally started watching back in 2017 when I came across your film photography videos. You taught me so much about the hobby and really inspired me! Since then, I lost your channel and missed seeing your life together and what new things you were accomplishing. Unschooling is the best decision I ever made and such a wonderful journey. Kids have such an innate drive to learn. It's is not the easiest road but it's amazing. You guys are the best parents you can do this and set a great example. Love the snow by the way! ❄
