- The 300cc-400cc naked sports bike segment is absolutely booming in India. In the last few months, we’ve witnessed the launch of bikes like the Triumph Speed 400, Harley Davidson X440, all-new 2023 KTM Duke 390, and TVS Apache RTR 310. However, there is one motorcycle that lurks in the shadow, waiting for the right owner to come along. It’s called the SRK 400 and there are no two ways about it, it looks absolutely phenomenal and has the exhaust note to back up its brawn. However, is that enough to compete in a segment that has become so cut-throat? Well, Karan Mathur brings us a detailed ride review and explains to us where the SRK 400 sits amongst a maze of new entrants in the naked sports bike market.

I used to own ktm 390 did 30k kilometres but it always ditched with never ending troubles on highway 😢

Bcoz I own a Benelli tnt 300 I'm completing 50k kilometres
It's my daily bike and trust me it's a fantastic highway mechine, with 30 kilometres a litre it's light on pocket, it's never ditched me with trouble on highways or in city, no heating issues unlike the ktm
Qj SRK is expensive but that's just one time expense, this same engine is used by Harley Davidson for there small bike in other markets, I would definitely recommend it

And I'm the proud owner of this Pocket Rocket Beast, Believe me, I have done long rides on it too, yes it should have come with more electronics, but hey, even without it, it's really fun to ride and 💯% head Turner, with all that the most negative point is positioning of Foot peck.. overall great machine and much fun to ride. 🎉❤
I'm Akki Bike Explore, with 5.4 and a bit more feet height, it's still very much comfortable to handle the machine. Thanks ❤
Good review Karan bhai! I just hope Benelli brings back the 302, it is a much more palatable brand than QJ, in my frank opinion.

People that hate chinese bikes would give 2000euros more for a crap sounding single cylinder, indian made+chinese parts problematic motorcycle just because it has a european or a japanese name and it's popular. ALL entry level bikes are "chinese crap". They overcharge you just for a stupid badge, not only in everything not just motocycles.
