I do kind of have a personal question and I would totally understand if you don't want to answer. Either way, I am really loving your channel. You, tracy are so vibrant and athletic, do you take HRT. I am just curious because you look so young in your actions and looks. Or do you contribute this to your lifestyle?
Hi there! Thank You for finding our channel and for such a lovely comment. I have no problem answering your question either 😊 The answer is No. I do not take any HRT. But I do use an Estradiol gel (when I remember!) which I get here in the pharmacy with no prescription. I actually just started using about 5 months ago because I wasn’t feeling myself and my dear friend Annie told me to get my levels checked and I was so off the charts ( in not a good way) So I got it and I also take a natural supplement by “Solaray” Female Hormone Blend SP-7C I cannot tell you how much better I feel! I got it on Lazada here in Thailand and I know you can get it in the states as well. I also must say that I attribute my vitality to my genetics ( from what I know as I am adopted) and my Healthy lifestyle of exercising everyday and no alcohol or drugs of any sort. Also I eat a vegan diet and drink lots of water and coconut water here and take vitamin supplements. I honestly feel that’s my secret to being who I am today and I’ll be 63 in September ☺️ Also no surgeries whatsoever. I’m so happy you asked as I know other women we’re probably curious as well 🙏🏼🤗🌸 So happy to have you here with us!! xx
There is something about bangkok just love it but by the river there is so much Greenery. You guys are really living life especially with Fiona and little Mango. 🙏💞🐕🦺🐕🐾🥭
Beautiful area you have both moved to, Fiona and mango are so happy with the rooftop to play, I am heading back to Thailand in a few weeks, just waiting for the sale of my flat to go through and trying to figure out how to sell all my furniture, I have so much and I am sad to let it all go but know I have to, I just want to start a new life in Thailand as I will be 60 next year and realised life goes so fast
You are well on your way Sandra!! I sold most of mine on Craigslist and had such good luck! Also friends bought a few pieces as well. If you don’t sell it all, possibly look for a really good charity that will come pick it up and put it to good use. We found there to be More than in Hua Hin to be honest!! Fiona and Mango have never been happier! 🥰☺️
