ETH had the opportunity to reinforce his squad at the start of the season. He could have brought in a few defenders. A defensive/utility midfielder with Prem Experience. A versatile forward that can play in multiple positions. But he instead replaced the Keeper and bought in yet another attacking midfielder. And Hojlund which I like. But we over payed once again. That 200M spent correctly could have prevented the season we are having. But whats even more criminal is ETH let the January window pass by without even a few loan signings. So what did he expect.

I’m not even frustrated. It was entirely predictable. Casemiro and Evans are mannequins at center back. You can’t actually go forward and attack when you have two senior citizen center backs holding the entire side hostage. That’s why United were just passing sideways and backwards all game long. If the fullbacks actually go forward the center backs are done for.
