Vacuum Lifter for 50 lb. Dunnage

Our Ergonomic Partners team designed and built this custom vacuum lifter for handling 50-pound dunnage. The vacuum lifting tool features a steel and aluminum powder coated frame, vacuum grip indicator gauge, two air saving vacuum pumps with cups, and zero-gravity ergonomic floating handlebars with soft grip handles. Integrated operator controls include a common button used in conjunction with the grip/release controls, proportional up/down controls, E-stop, float mode, and an always on OLED high resolution display on the handle. The tool is suspended from a Gorbel Easy Arm and G-Force Smart Hoist using two anti-drop safety systems a common button and our gripper safety circuit preventing operators from accidentally releasing the parts in mid-air.
