I have a really bad posture going with a strong round back... I can't stretch my spine at all and it is VERY hard to open my chest for example in a sitting position with streched legs :( In that case: Is this workout effective for me if I keep going every day or should I try another one first? Can you reccomend any of your other workouts?
Hi, not at any age, it's more about giving you awareness of your posture to feel and look toner. When in the right age and with proper nutrition, you can increase your height. Hope it helps 💛
Please check with your doctor to make sure it’s safe for you. Most of the time I think it would be okay because of the low impact movements, unless it makes you feel any uncomfortable during the workout.
Hi Ashmeen, please would just follow what you do for other types of exercise. Think most people probably eat some small fruit or something before it, or wait a couple of hours after a big meal. Don't think there are big issues with exercising after eating, and you could always ask you doctor.

I'm always feeling hurt in my belly after any pilates workout so dose I need to warm up before doing this or stretching after or not ?
You need to engage your abs when doing workout. Please make sure you check with your doctor before any workout programs. I hope it helps!

Yes you can do this daily. I do think mixing different workouts on the channel will make it less boring and work different muscles on the whole body 💛
