Today my board broke, the pinion was not connected to the motor shaft and I fixed it by changing its position and giving it a bit of glue

Brilliant, Thank you so much, The gap is the only issue, but like you said it can be covered, If only the batteries were thinner haha. I do think I will do this, Not just yet. But in the near future., I like the idea of the On board BMS connected to both batteries, so charging is made a lot easer! But if the BMS dies I will just have to take it out of the equation.
    Very interesting video, thanks :)

+Ed Bray No worries, and when you do this you must make a video of it. I, and I'm sure other people, would very much like to see the result! :-)

Yeah I will defiantly make a video showing it and a test ride. Do you think its possible to cut away at the plastic casing inside to try make that gap a bit smaller?

+Ed Bray Mmm, doubtful. There isn't much depth to cut into, just width, and you'll need that.

+Dr Circuit okay, I will look into a good way I can close the gap up, I want it to be as water tight as possible!
