The frequency of 111Hz, also known as “111Hz divine frequency” is said to be a “holy” frequency, allowing deepest states of meditation and connecting to higher spheres of consciousness. According to scientific reports, MRI scans have shown that - when listening to 111 Hz - our brain reduces prefrontal cortex activity and slows down the so-called “language center”, inducing a phase at exactly 111 Hz. I am searching youtube daily to get the best meditation, binaural beats and solfeggio frequencies. This one here is just different. It's absolutely beautifully created. The flute is very relaxing. I like to turn all the lights off in the bathroom, take a bath and meditate while listening. Particularly after a really stressful day. It literally feels like I'm floating. Either I wasn't paying enough attention or oft enough, but I am so moved by the amount of lovely, pure comments that I felt/saw in such a big number and so "united" for the first time in my life last year.
I am curious how old the oldest empowering/transparent/out of the deep of a loving soul comment is.
If you're reading this you've probably made a big mistake... You messed up big time.
You must either learn to forgive yourself or to just let it go. Even if you believe that others will never look at you the same. It's enough for you to know that this experience has already formed you into a better person. It was not a pleasant experience, especially since you were a big part of the root cause of it happening. It'll hurt now and it'll hurt when you think back to it. It will always be a part of you.
The lesson you are meant to get from this is that you can not let it take control of your life.
It may be scary to let go of "everything" and find new beginnings but it is what you must do.
If you're able to let go of your expectations and what you've pursued earlier in life. You'll manage to open up and be ready for what's coming your way It'll come to you.
This is your new beginning, and if you don't believe me. Imagine yourself that tomorrow is your last day. When morning comes, start with getting up and taking a shower, get dressed. Make sure you eat something for breakfast. Then go out through that front door, Your purpose of the day is to take a simple walk in that park or around that lake that has always been so close but you never took the time to see. When you're outside and walking to your destination, make sure that you focus on keeping your eyes forward and taking in what you see as you make your way there. Notice how everyone around you don't give a shit about you or your problems. See the carefree kids running around, yelling and shoutings. How they do whatever kid stuff that kids always do. When you've finally reached your destination, pay attention to your surroundings. And when you realize that all the noises, buzzing kids etc seem to have disappeared and you feel a sudden quietness. Look up at the sky. See the wind blowing in the trees, the clouds drifting by. Listen to the wind and feel it hitting your face. Look at the animals, their only purpose here in life is eating and surviving for another day... This is nature, this is the actual life that we're living but often fail to understand.
If you do not feel hint of peace while experencing this moment. that's when you can say that it is finally over for you. You've done everything that you could have accomplished here in life.
Promise me that you won't google this until you've taken your walk, because it's my challenge to you. It is a surprise that you need to experience.
When you're out there and have finished your walk and is about to head back home. Or after you've gotten home works too, whatever suits you.
Google this: 'building intention how many did you see today' and ask yourself that question.
The meaning is for yourself to interpret but as I said, Tomorrow will be your last day.
In many cases, just like the end of a chapter. Something has to to an end to make room for what's coming next.
I still have a long way to go but I'm doing good now and I finally have in my life what I've always wished for the most. And I both hope and believe that one day you will too. So please, allow yourself to let it happen. Don't shut yourself in.
