LV40 is basically unbuilt, but yeah if you have a LV80 Erudition lightcone lying around and some rainbow relics then it's good enough. I simply use Breakfast S5.
@@riotriandrus have a higher lv herta with better stats overall - its not hertha that is broken, its actually Ruan Mei who buffs her so much. No suprise tho, as it is her banner. My Hertha does way less dmg and thus cant kill anything so no chain so no fun. Just a quick reminder for everyone

@@Gottaloveaxolotls That's rough, if you have Fu Xuan you can build her with crit and do damage while solving the Herta dying problem.
