the biggest problem with these US startups is that they try to become the next steve jobs in his way of living but cant be like him in his brilliance
As per me, when anyone investing in startup, they should first break complete funding in small parts as much as possible & feasible. Then, they should have milestone & gates, that means if want next level funding u need to cross those gates. Plus, an exit policy and strategy.
Plus, investors should have power from starting

Basically lease contracts are more expensive for we work than the actual rent its a customer friendly but its burning cashflow saying that we work is a data company it knows when customer feels tired when they feel fresh it manages to create an environment according to that but that is just not enough I would loved if it was a perfect mixture of a tech company and a real estate company in starting they took space for a lease but with billions of dollars they can buy their own real estate and make a company profitable in a long term their office space design and
Features r obviously best in business but billion dollar fund backing should've been converted to owning the real estate and then rent it out to customer they easily could have convert all the investment into a perfect return and still will be in a profit
