It's great to see you back, mate; we've all been missing you terribly! 😢 I personally was starting to worry that you were suffering from another attack of the dreaded "Black Dog." 😢 As for the onion "bun," just watching it being cooked and then "assembled" was enough to convince me that there's no way I could make something like that in such a way that it would be even a remote chance of being picked up and eaten like a normal burger. 😕 However, having said that, if I were to sandwich the whole thing inside a nice fresh burger bun of any description, I might be persuaded to make it, but only as a single, (i.e., not as a double), burger, mainly because I can comfortably bite through a single, but my jaw is not sufficiently "alligator-like" to be able to bite directly through a double. 😂 I'm looking forward very much to your next UA-cam video, (I'm not on Tik Tok), and I'm hoping desperately that my wait will be much shorter than it has been recently! 🙏🏻 All the best, mate, and take good care of yourself! 👍🏻🙏🏻

My favourite burger has large burger, a large steak mushroom with the big onion ring like the one you did and plastic cheese of course. Prefer it on a good bread cake ( not too sure about them French things or them with seeds on em either. Also got to have mustard some where on it or in the sauce. Please do more content. I used to buy Heinz ketchup, but for some reason, I ended up with Morrisons. Never bought Heinz since, forget about the MASSIVE price difference, I prefer the taste of Morrisons. P.S. I prefer J Sainsbury baked beans in the blue tins to Heinz. Long gone are the days when you used to get a pack of three small tins of Heinz baked beans in the pound shops! Unfortunately, I haven't yet found a satisfactory alternative to HP sauce.

@Adam_Garratt i was joking about the bun if you hadn't guessed, but lettuce sounds a great idea. Perhaps replace the dressing with kimchi or that red bean paste to give even more of a Korean vibe. Although you might need to go a little smaller since their lettuce wraps are usually taken in a single mouthful!

There was an old geezer worked as a Pump House Attendant years ago, when I was an Apprentice who ate Onions like you would an Apple. This was at a time when I was so-so about onions.
