You need to follow Paul Lemmings instructions that are linked to with the LUT.
There is a instruction setup your camera in the web. I think i will make a video too

Then you will never get any better. You need to learn how to read instructions or the LUT will NOT work.
Unless you are using an NLE like Premiere Pro that forces you into a Rec 709 color space, I don't see why people are converting Rec 2020 (or close to it) footage to an outdated, limited gamut. If you're grading HDR content, you need a quality HDR monitor anyway and HDR is built at least around a Rec 2020 wrapper.
Da Vinci Resolve and Final Cut now work in the wider gamut HDR formats if your footage is compatible.
It will help to get a better dynamic range for gh5 like Vlog color profile.
@@kelvinzyteng You only do this Rec 2020 to Rec 709 conversion if you have no plans to output in HDR. Otherwise, you are still squashing dynamics and color reproduction of the final deliverable. Limited Rec 709 and SDR formats are decades old. Granted, you do need an HDR monitor (even a decent consumer OLED or LCD 4K HDR with HLG display will work in a pinch) to properly grade PQ HDR and HLG HDR footage.
@@dan_hitchman007 Yes, this method is not for HDR output. If want to output HDR, cannot use this method. HDR editing is another method. Must be clear.

Hello! When I add the Leeming Lut to my footage, it becomes dark and underexposed. Is this normal? I have to add +2 to the exposure so that it goes back to the normal exposure. Will this add noise?
Hello Alis. This leeming lut is look at the zebra to get the right exposure. For Leeming HLG Lut, i need to add 1.5 stops to get the balance exposure. Use zebra to measure ur exposure.
how will you properly expose if you dont have external monitor for HLG?
use Zebra, Set ur zebra setting that leeming luts provided, set ur exposure of ur main subject until the zebra show (means overexposed), then step down until the zebra lines are gone on your subject. Sometimes ignore the highlights zebra.
are there any gh5 lcd calibration needed?

Why wont you change the color space to 2020?
The reason i do that is to get maximum dynamic range for my camera performed like Vlog camera profile. I am not making HLG video for HLG monitor.
