Hey Erik, I felt so inclined to comment on the tummy issues conversation because I immediately felt the same way Colleen did, worried. What you were describing is not really normal if it’s happening all the time. ESPECIALLY if you take Tums all the time. It can actually ruin your Microbiome and make everything worse. As someone with chronic health issues, it is possible your body is trying to tell you something. Sure it could just be typical stress from having three little kids and us fresh out of a pandemic trying to still figure life out, blah blah. But also some pretty severe things happened to me over the past couple years, and I wish I was able to get it checked out sooner. You could just be tired of your same old food, and you need some different flavors mixed in with typical stuff, but it might be worth 1- going to the doctor, or 2- looking into food sensitivities or common inflammation foods, like sugar, gluten, seed oils, etc. Hope this is just nothing!
Yes my sister had diarrhoea and lost so much weight and after a year of suffering she was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. It would be good to get endoscopy colonoscopy to check for any inflammation Colleen ❤
Just an FYI taking Tums all the time isn't bad. My mom has to take 2 Tums before every meal because she's lacking calcium because of dialysis. When a person has chronic kidney disease (CKD) like my mom, it is important that they keep the proper calcium levels in their body. The exact amount should be determined on a case-by-case basis by your doctor. So depending on the case it's not bad but DEFINITELY let your health care provider know your taking it & how often. I'm writing this before Eric is even talking about it. As I'm writing this Colleen is talking about her parrot 🦜 sweatshirt.
Came to say something similar. Not to be catastrophist, but my BIL had frequent indigestion, heartburn, and acid reflux which was a symptom of esophageal cancer. He ignored it for a long time thinking, like you, that it was nothing. Had he gone to a doctor, he may not have passed away. Please get it checked out. What you’re describing is NOT normal.
I have stress-induced IBS that becomes aggravated by lactose & greasy foods. And it’s something that I constantly have to battle with, in every meal, just hoping that my food sits right. Fingers-crossed that’s all it is! Side note, my anxiety is so bad, I have to take Trazodone to sleep at night, & knowing that Erik always has trouble sleeping & eating, I’m still hoping that that’s all it is for him - IBS. Worth speaking to his doc about, ofc
Hi Erik! Your description of your tummy hurting sounded similar to my experience of finding out I'm allergic to gluten. I used to get an upset stomach after breakfast. After years of suffering because I was feeling sick after breakfast, I figured out it was because breakfast was all bread and pancakes and cereal. After I cut out gluten, it was like night and day. For me, it wasn't a lifelong allergy that I discovered because it was just slowly getting worse over the years to the point that I couldn't ignore it. It was disrupting my life, and I had thought it was normal because maybe I had overeaten or not eaten enough. It ended up that I'm actually allergic to the pesticides that are put on wheat, and I had developed an intolerance to them. My body just doesn't break them down anymore. I'm not a doctor, so if you're concerned, check with yours, but narrowing down food groups like wheat, dairy, etc can be a good place to start figuring out what you're potentially sensitive too. Hope you feel better :)
I just posted a shorter but similar comment. I have Celiac Disease and I used to be so uncomfortable and have to take stuff daily like Erik is. Now I take nothing, just eat a gluten free diet. ❤
Erik’s byeeee at the end. His face priceless. I so wish we could get two podcast a week. These make my day. Also I remember all the toys and free stuff too.
Erik, coming from a nurse I would definitely look in to the stomach issues. Needing to take tums or pepto frequently isn't normal. If you do have something like gastritis or stomach ulcer(s) something like a proton pump inhibitor would do you much more justice and could even allow things to heal so you no longer need anything. It could also be a food intolerance, inflammatory bowel disease, or other things. In the mean time avoid alcohol, spicy foods, smoking if you smoke, and highly acidic foods/beverages (the common thing is we think of are fruit juices, but a big one is coffee, especially on an empty stomach, I would avoid though if able as well). But long story short, see your doctor from it. Sincerely a nurse who cares and has seen a lot 😊
I still have my hitclips, and every couple of years when I decide to completely reorganize all the stuff in my closets I find it again and listen to the little music clips. So nostalgic! 😂
Most people treat it like a silent n though. I took badminton as a fitness class in college and the coach made a point to hit the n really hard when he was saying it because it aggravated him that most people don’t pronounce it at all. I can still hear him go bad-MINN-ton 😂
21:47 little tip about the notes app : if you click on the date at the top of the note, you can toggle between the date it was created and the date it was last edited ❤️
Hi Colleen! Have you ever played the Sims 4? Sims 4 just came out with a new sims game that has to do with rocks and gems and it reminds me so much of you and I think you would love it!
I love you two so much! Mostly love coming home after a day at work to relax with this podcast! Also my brain is the same colleen & sometimes it drives me crazy!!!! Within a 30 second time frame I'm literally talking to myself in my head about 5 different things at least of what I should be doing & it's exhausting!❤
A couple things: My mom was very passionate about collecting and still owns some of the McDonald’s toys that were little Madam Alexander dolls that opened and closed their eyes. I know she specifically has a boy in a blue baseball uniform, and a few Wizard of Oz characters. She also was passionate about collecting the Batman glass cups from McDonald’s and still owns them. They also most recently gave out glass authentic Coke glasses in different colors. Of course, my mom still has those too. 😂 I remember the bear beanie babies, I know my mom still had those too! Also with tummy issues, I was in the ER on Super Bowl Sunday with crazy contractions/labor 7/10 abdominal pain, for sure thought I had an ovarian cyst or ovarian torsion. 6 hours later, doc came in and said I had a LARGE bout of constipation and told me that there’s no way to overdose on Miralax, so go home and take 6 doses a day. 💀 I need a crewneck too. Also can think of some collectible spoons and maybe some spinning tops as prizes in cereal in the 2000’s. Lastly, does anyone remember the coupon dispensers (I live in Utah so it was Smith’s/Kroger stores specifically) that would eject coupons that you could stack and save so much money. That was my job to collect as many as I could at the grocery store with my mom.
I worked at Taco Bell as a teenager (in the 90s) and it BLEW MY MIND when I made my first batch of cinnamon twists - they're literally normal spiral noodles (pasta) and when you toss them in the deep fryer they puff up. Then toss them in cinnamon sugar. Voila.
I have to say I looove your personal cams they honestly have great quality I feel like I’m watching a professional interview that they have on the the news
FIDM = Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. I never knew this until my daughter applied to go there. I hear you Erik, I hate eating. It used to be so great, I found joy in eating.. But now its the worst. I often think, this or that sounds okay, but then when I take that first bite, I immediately hate it!
For Erik- Snooze with Sam podcast on Spotify. Stargaze by the Loch episode. As someone who has struggled with insomnia and has tried many different tactics, that podcast was my lifesaver. Good luck to you & please seek medical intervention for that &/or your tummy troubles if they get any worse. As an older millennial I appreciate all of your conversation, banter, & trips down memory lane. TY!
One of the best things you can do to improve gut health is to avoid coffee before food. It's way too acidic to put on an empty stomach and causes damage to the lining of the gut leading to leaky gut which then causes not only digestive distress but also malabsorption and food sensitivities. Ginger is soothing to the gut and marshmallow root infusion and aloe juice help coat and heal the lining of the stomach. Also, age and stress both decrease stomach acid and digestive enzymes, both of which are needed for good gut health. Using digestive bitters on the tongue before every meal can retrain the stomach to produce adequate amounts of acid and enzymes to improve gut health. 😊 Learned all this the hard way after ending up with lots of digestive issues post gallbladder removal (something the Dr's told tell you is incredibly common) and currently working on healing hubbys gut with the above protocol. Just some thoughts that might help decrease stomach aches and nausea after food. 😊
Omg remember collecting the Plastic Furbies, Toy Story cloth body with rubber face woody, buzz etc, Pokémon balls, I spent so much money at fast food drive ups to collect all the things for my kids
22:12 i remember you going through ur notes app a few years ago in ur vlog and you reading out this exact thing “yeet doggies”, the way this just brought back a memory is wild! i love you and erik, please keep doing the podcast forever
Erik and Colleen I have so much fun listening to you both. I have all the teenie beanie babies and bears and they are still in the packages. I Saved them for my kids. Erik I am from CT and we all pretty much pronounce things the way you do. Blessing to you both.
OMG I’m with Eric! Eating needs to relax. I hate when I’m so hungry it hurts and nothing sounds good or you eat something you’re craving and it hurts your tummy. Also Colleen try thinking what you were doing on the days you wrote those notes
Carrot the space station school trip is an East Coast thing!! LOL I immediately related because I was born and raised in NJ and also went on that school trip and ate the freeze dried neopolitan ice cream. 😂 I THINK it was the Ben Franklin Institute in Philly?? Hope you guys see this 😊😊
So crazy! I’m from Vancouver but my friend took me to your show when we went to NYC in 2011! It was such a small little comedy club and it felt like we were in a living room the stage was so close haha!
As a mom of 3, 3 and under, when Erik was talking about wanting to feed the kids a well balanced meal and then he realizes he needs to eat something because all he’s had is coffee and he’s starting to get shaky.. I felt that in the depths of my soul.
Colleen, maybe the things you ate and survived were key words for pics in ur camera roll for that trend that’s “things I ate and survived” metaphorically times u slayed not physically ate so like perhaps if there’s a filter on a pic of u in therapy or ur toothpaste spilling everywhere cuz ik u don’t put the cap on lolll
The greens like Bloom has helped my gut so much and I understand what Erik is feeling about food and eating. I wish meals came in a pill and you could just take breakfast lunch and dinner
As we get older new allergies might become more apparent which is the downside of eating badly as a young person or eating too much processed foods. Erik might be developing food allergies or his body just telling him to eat certain foods in moderation (carbs, dairy etc). I can’t eat wheat or gluten products anymore, sad but I learned to live with it now. So maybe use process of elimination to figure out what foods cause the most gas or tummy aches. One day leave out all dairy, see if your tummy is giving trouble, one day leave out all carbs etc. By the way, as a quick fix, a small pinch of fennel after meals prevents bloating and most related minor tummy aches, plus it’s all natural. Research or consult a naturopath dr first before getting unnatural treatments.
I really had a BFA (blinding flash of awareness) at like 20 that ER stood for emergency room and I’d like to think, most of the time, I’m pretty intelligent. So that bummed me out and made me feel dumb.
When I was a child, sometimes you could buy cereal that had an actual vinyl-ish record that you would cut out of the box and it would play on a record player. Can't remember the cereal OR the songs. I'm 56 for reference.
I can relate to the frustration of food 😅 I have two kids (3yo boy and a 3 month old girl), my husband, two dogs and a cat.. I feel like my whole dang life revolves around feeding everyone, deciding what to feed them and then cleaning up after feeding them 🙄
i recently saw a tik tok of a woman bringing a SCALE to a store and weighing mystery boxes so she could get the character she wanted. The internet has definitely ruined the whole mystery type events or toys.
In the UK arcades are an integral part of the typical British summer holiday. In every seaside town you can find several arcades in a row, and it wouldn’t feel like a holiday if you didn’t visit at least once. There are also arcades for over 18’s only where you win real money. We also have a game show called Tipping Point which is a huge machine like the one which Erik was talking about which pushes the coins off, except it’s big counters where you win money and prizes. Kind of stupid but addictive to watch.
question for erik’s dad (don’t mind that it is completely unrelated to the episode it’s just something i’ve always wondered and nobody knows the answer too): apparently billions are categorised differently in america and the uk, (i think it’s 100 mil in america and a million mil in england). if this is true, then is there 8 million million people in the world or 8 hundred million? it’s obviously different and it’s always confused me! love the podcast and fingers crossed you see this!💗
I believe that it’s 1000 million in a billion 😊 so it goes 999million (999,999,999) then to 1billion (1,000,000,000).. so that would mean that there’s 8,000 million people in the world 😊 surely that’s universal? 😂 although America do other numbers/ measurements very differently so that would make sense 😂
I worked at taco bell for 3 years. Cinnamon twists are actually fried noodles. You can make them at home if you want. Literally just fried twisty noodles with Cinnamon and sugar haha! I'd love to see you guys try!
HIT CLIPS!!! I STILL have my hit clip that works to this day! I had Britney Spears, NSYNC, Michael Jackson, etc.. the actual hits so accurate name. You’re not alone Colleen 😂.
Insomnia death comment - umm yes you can die from lack of sleep, but it is not from brain rot. Your body recovers during sleep and if you don’t sleep it puts stress on your organs and can eventually lead to stroke, heart attack etc. The longest document case of insomnia was 11days. So if you do not sleep at all for at MOST 11 days you will likely die. That is also why sleep deprivation is a form of psychological torture.
Colleen I wanted to tell u I used to work at taco bell this will blow your mind, Cinnamon twist are just noodles that when fried puff up and are then shaken in cinammmon and sugar yes they ate just noodles fried!!!
You all are probably too young to remember S&H Green Stamps. Grocery stores gave plates away. I had a portable grill and crockpot that I got for free from buying groceries. You cool get free items from Kool aid point. Pepsi, Marlboro and Winston had catalogs for free stuff for redeeming points. Back in the days when they promoted smoking.
okay just a few things lol one, here in Canada they are now called Cracker Jills, I haven't seen any Cracker jacks lately. Two, Carrot needs to get his tummy checked out. Three, the "Astronaut food" we buy, is just freeze dried lol FOUR!! I am so glad you two are back, I missed you both 💜
About the tummy thing of Carrot. That happened to my brother too! Anything he ate made his tummy hurt. It turns out he has gluten intollerance! I hope you get that situation checked. Nothing is worse than having discomfort everday😢
Yeah the parrots on your sweatshirt totally look fluffy. Probably a Temu or TikTok shop shirt where you have to order like 2 sizes larger than you would normally order
My Dad used to make me enter all the contest and mail in prizes all the time! Coloring contests, collecting upc codes.. I’m dying laughing at the memory!
On the Taco Bell app very recently, they had a mini-game replicating those twisty game things from next to the registers. A free taco was the prize, I think. Not nearly as fun, but the nostalgia was real!
My first ipod was an ipod shuffle I think it was a 3rd gen, no screen, no controls, it looked like a pendrive and the only way to play/control the music was through the control on the headphones/ earphones (I don't know what to call them) that was a slim thingy attached to one side of the cable. Btw, I love the podcast, I use it as a way to practice my English as it is not my first language. Greetings from Ecuador 😁😊
I’m sorry I find it so funny that Erik thinks it’s weird Colleen talks to herself in her brain because I’m here to break the news that it’s simply just *thinking* LOL I love this podcast so much
I kinda miss the musical episodes once in a while… I hope you guys do it again we’re both you and Eric are singing and playing… and if you do, can you please play the hug song….
Erik may have gallbladder issues. If his tummy hurts after eating & not a full feeling it sounds like gallbladder. Could also be ulcer. If he's drinking alot of kombucha that could be irritating his stomach. He should try Fire Cider
Erik!!! Please go to the doctor! I have a cautionary tale!! I was getting tummy aches after I ate, and I felt full really fast. I felt yucky but never actually sick. By the time I went to the doctor I had to have the lower third of my stomach removed due to advanced peptic ulcer disease. If I'd gone to the doctor when it first started bothering me, they could have cured it with pills.
Speaking of tummy problems, recently I have noticed that when I eat I never feel full or not full for more then like 15-30 minutes. For example, I just ate some chicken tenders and fries and a shake and like 20ish minutes later now my stomach is growling and I feel hungry. I thought about how long ive been feeling like this and I feel like ive never really ever been full but its gotten worse recently, do I just not know what feeling full feels like and I actually am or is something wrong? Im willing to listen to any suggestions or ideas this could be. ❤
My dad worked for hasbro and so we could never win the BIG grand prize of the monopoly game from McDonald’s. Or maybe he just told my gullible child self that. Might be a fun topic: things you believed as a kid that you found out as an adult aren’t true. Like the car light can’t be on or you could get pulled over.
Yeet dawgies - that’s so funny! We were camping with some friends a few years ago and my husband and I were watching a man run back to his vehicle from a hike and load up the dogs he was running with. And with the last, slowest, maybe oldest dog he picked it up and yeeted it into the back of his vehicle and it was just so cartoonishly funny and hilarious we couldn’t stop laughing. So it’s funny that that’s your note.

COLLEEN, Reminder..don't forget to take the yearly picture of you and the kids under the arch that's lit in your backyard.
The one she takes at Christmas time?
I laughed out loud when Erik mentioned the classic “dad taking pepto bismol” every night. It’s SO TRUE!

I had a similar thing to ‘hood. I was taking about scarecrows and was like… huh it’s called that because it scares, crows.. 😳😂😂😂😂😂
OMG. I did not realize this til I saw this comment 😅
You just blew my mind 🤯
We need a segment weekly of ask Eriks dad. Where people can submit questions for him
I still have my hitclips, and every couple of years when I decide to completely reorganize all the stuff in my closets I find it again and listen to the little music clips. So nostalgic! 😂
You guys, it’s badminton not badmitten 😂❤
Right! I was like what are they talking about!? How do they not understand that they’re missing the N!? And instead they’re talking about the T. 😂
Most people treat it like a silent n though. I took badminton as a fitness class in college and the coach made a point to hit the n really hard when he was saying it because it aggravated him that most people don’t pronounce it at all. I can still hear him go bad-MINN-ton 😂

try going dairy-free for a week. You may have developed a lactose intolerance
Erik " You live life, and your stomach keeps score"
I love you two so much! Mostly love coming home after a day at work to relax with this podcast! Also my brain is the same colleen & sometimes it drives me crazy!!!! Within a 30 second time frame I'm literally talking to myself in my head about 5 different things at least of what I should be doing & it's exhausting!❤

In the uk the spoon to the mcflurry is a straw as well, great podcast, always love watching you both
It used to be a straw too in the US when I as little! At least in Texas it was
the “oh my GOD…. AND THE MINI HIT CLIPS” *stares intensely at erik* 34:48 😂 i felt that in my soul
THIS ROOM IS IMMACULATE!
I think Erik is thinking of a show called My Strange Addiction where people eat things like couch stuffing, glass, tree bark, etc
Voila.
“Whodawho why would you say that to me?” 😂😂😂😂
Is it just me, or do you like the podcast post break better than the podcast pre break? It seems more relaxed lol RElax 😂
My husband has stomach issues and was diagnosed with IBS. He is always popping Tums and stress is definitely a contributor to his stomach problems.
Anyone else want to watch a match between Colleen and Eric at air hockey? 😅
I have to say I looove your personal cams they honestly have great quality I feel like I’m watching a professional interview that they have on the the news

You JUST taught me about ‘hood. I am a 40 year old woman, how I have never put this together? You are not alone Colleen.
The FDA passed a law that you can no longer put inedible items in food. Just like those eggs that used to have toys in them.
We still have Kinder Eggs in the UK 😊
In Australia, we still have those 😂
What about yoga mat rubber in subway and Taco Bell sandwiches/wraps?
Omg remember collecting the Plastic Furbies, Toy Story cloth body with rubber face woody, buzz etc, Pokémon balls, I spent so much money at fast food drive ups to collect all the things for my kids
22:12 i remember you going through ur notes app a few years ago in ur vlog and you reading out this exact thing “yeet doggies”, the way this just brought back a memory is wild! i love you and erik, please keep doing the podcast forever
Also please bring Erics dad on more he's so great and such an amazing educator! ❤
Honestly, so helpful to hear you talking about this, Erik, because I feel the same way about food 😂 so much effort
I can agree with carrot on the stomach issues, every time I eat my stomach almost always hurts.
This is one of my favorite episodes. You both are ADORABLE❤
Erik and Colleen I have so much fun listening to you both. I have all the teenie beanie babies and bears and they are still in the packages. I Saved them for my kids. Erik I am from CT and we all pretty much pronounce things the way you do. Blessing to you both.
Erik’s brown chair is needed in this podcast. The green ones just aren’t the vibe. ❤
Agree! It’s the first thing I thought too!

💕
I felt really validated and seen through this whole podcast lol!
In Australia and New Zealand they still do Maccas monopoly every year! It shocks me every time when it comes around coz it feels too quick
So crazy! I’m from
Vancouver but my friend took me to your show when we went to NYC in 2011! It was such a small little comedy club and it felt like we were in a living room the stage was so close haha!
I got ibs Erik. I get it. I wish food wasn’t so dang important 😩. #teamtummydrama
As a mom of 3, 3 and under, when Erik was talking about wanting to feed the kids a well balanced meal and then he realizes he needs to eat something because all he’s had is coffee and he’s starting to get shaky.. I felt that in the depths of my soul.
Aww, that's how I met my husband....BBM chat!! You could meet other people in your area that also had a blackberry, so thankful for that 🙏🏼❤
Hope ya'll are having a good week!
I wish meals came in a pill and you could just take breakfast lunch and dinner
im sure you've talked about this before but could erik explain all his tatoos?
I'm not sure if Erik has anxiety but I heard from a therapist that anxiety can cause indigestion which might be the cause of his stomach aches.
I really had a BFA (blinding flash of awareness) at like 20 that ER stood for emergency room and I’d like to think, most of the time, I’m pretty intelligent. So that bummed me out and made me feel dumb.
OMG Colleen, I ask that exact question all the time. How did we get to this conversation? I forgot, also, glad Carrot remembered lol.
I feel like my whole dang life revolves around feeding everyone, deciding what to feed them and then cleaning up after feeding them 🙄
Same girl ❤
I still do Boxtops for my kids, I scan the receipt on the app , so you don't have to cut them out anymore
You could've been thinking of BBL or BBW for acronyms that are somewhat risqué.
i recently saw a tik tok of a woman bringing a SCALE to a store and weighing mystery boxes so she could get the character she wanted.
Omg the iphone convo. Yes. I thought the same and had the same clicky blackberry😂 i love hated that thing
question for erik’s dad (don’t mind that it is completely unrelated to the episode it’s just something i’ve always wondered and nobody knows the answer too): apparently billions are categorised differently in america and the uk, (i think it’s 100 mil in america and a million mil in england). if this is true, then is there 8 million million people in the world or 8 hundred million? it’s obviously different and it’s always confused me! love the podcast and fingers crossed you see this!💗
I believe that it’s 1000 million in a billion 😊 so it goes 999million (999,999,999) then to 1billion (1,000,000,000).. so that would mean that there’s 8,000 million people in the world 😊 surely that’s universal? 😂 although America do other numbers/ measurements very differently so that would make sense 😂
I worked at taco bell for 3 years. Cinnamon twists are actually fried noodles. You can make them at home if you want. Literally just fried twisty noodles with Cinnamon and sugar haha! I'd love to see you guys try!
HIT CLIPS!!! I STILL have my hit clip that works to this day! I had Britney Spears, NSYNC, Michael
Jackson, etc.. the actual hits so accurate name. You’re not alone Colleen 😂.
Cut the birds out of the sweatshirt and stitch it onto another favorite or colorful crew neck or tee shirt! 😃
I am so glad you two are back, I missed you both 💜
Colleen, I remember hitclips! I also had the Britney Spears Stonger one!!!
About the tummy thing of Carrot. That happened to my brother too! Anything he ate made his tummy hurt. It turns out he has gluten intollerance!
I hope you get that situation checked. Nothing is worse than having discomfort everday😢
I think dehydrated food is mostly used for the military. They rehydrate it with water.
Yeah the parrots on your sweatshirt totally look fluffy. Probably a Temu or TikTok shop shirt where you have to order like 2 sizes larger than you would normally order
That was a really good one!
Hi guuuuuys!! 🩷 thank u for everything, always, this podcast gives me serenity for some reason 😂
Erik should check if he has IBS or something else 😮 I have IBS, and when I eat or drink, my stomach's usually upset I'm one way or another.
Cinnamon twists are just deep fried noodles with cinnamon sugar powder.
I agree with Erik. I don’t like eating either. I get everything he said about food and eating ❤
The thin remote looking iPod was the iPod nano, the smaller clip one was the iPod shuffle
Eric was right it’s called FIDM

Institute

My Dad used to make me enter all the contest and mail in prizes all the time! Coloring contests, collecting upc codes..
I’m dying laughing at the memory!
So i really cant understand how Eric doesn't hear his voice in his head!!😂 thats all i ever hear! 😂 Love u guys and the podcast!❤❤❤
I’m sorry I find it so funny that Erik thinks it’s weird Colleen talks to herself in her brain because I’m here to break the news that it’s simply just *thinking* LOL I love this podcast so much
We have the set of McDonald's Batman cups. But ours are glass! You had to pay extra for them and they're from Batman Forever 💁🏻♀️
I kinda miss the musical episodes once in a while… I hope you guys do it again we’re both you and Eric are singing and playing… and if you do, can you please play the hug song….
I adore that song I need to hear it again fresh lol
Erik may have gallbladder issues. If his tummy hurts after eating & not a full feeling it sounds like gallbladder. Could also be ulcer. If he's drinking alot of kombucha that could be irritating his stomach. He should try Fire Cider
Not sure if just UK slang but we say 'it's all good in the hood' it has NEVER clicked that it is short for neighbourhood! 😂😂
To add to that it means different things on urban dictionary
Can you please show us some of your record collection, maybe hold up a record, and see if Colleen can name the band 😊
Erik you should try the square (cube) food. Mia Maples recently tried them, they look so strange but maybe you might like them!
Cameras looking awesome this episode btw
Erik ALWAYSSSS gives off Andrew McCarthy vibe:). My 80's ❤throb
