- This is how I turned my resin casting into a flawless ornament that blew me away. I used an old piece of wood I found and resin to create this really interesting ornament.

That orb came out lovely! I like the fact that it's faceted. I must admit I am surprised as it's not often that you make a resin object without adding glitter to it.😁 It looks really good on that piece of wood.

Saw the unmoulded peice and all that went through my head was “TO THE CRYSTAL DOME” in Richard O Brian’s voice 😄
I make them to put in my hand mold. Well not the mold. But the casting of the two hands lol.
Beautiful crystal. Tried your link to get the mould but it’s not coming up as the one you’re using. It’s coming up as a set of door knob moulds. Any possibility you could let me know the right one? Many thanks 💐

i dont have those plastic cups. i only have those silicone ones. can you put those in the pressure pot or will that ruin your cup?

Serious question ❤ What happens when you crystallize an artificial flower using borax and then resing the whole flower around the crystals? Will it look like a frozen flower in a resin mold?
Steve, does your jug fit into the bubble machine? I cut the top bit of plastic tesco measuring jug but i still get little bubbles stuck to side of jug

Funny story- I poured my crystal ball yesterday, it is opaque black with a bunch of multichrome flakes around, with a plastic Easter egg in the middle to save some resin cost and weight. I poured the first half last night, easy peazy, stuck the egg in, no biggie. Today I poured the second half and wound up with a flash cure! Like a boiling hot magic potion! 🤣 It was amazing and the last time I got that was with a pour into my skull mold a little less than a year ago... Anybody have any insights? 💚🧜♀️💜
