totally unuseful, you have a lot of better techniques, in wing chun, for stop a lower punch.
See don't confuse your skill level with mine this technique works great i have used it in multiple situations. But if you will please upload a video of you doing something so that we all may learn.
@@sifukeith-wingchun the problem of these days, is that everybody explain a technique, and say, hey it works, if i throw you a lower punch, with all my force, you don’t stop it with a low bong sao, but if you think you can stop it , perfect, thats your imagination
