@@lando5680if this xf one sounds this good then it’s a no brainer it’s been out of stock for as long as I remember. I’ve got a 2015 wagon though so not sure if anyone else is selling them.
@@lando5680 least I can buy the hf cats in the mean time 😆 did you get the exhaust before the otr or was the otr already installed? I’m assuming you got it afterwards since the otr it self requires a tune if I remember correctly? Anyways if you did have the exhaust prior did the otr change the sound at all?
So the xforce2.25 I got on as well isnt that loud, i’m considering getting high flow cats or resonated downpipes. Honestly how much louder did the hi flows get the catback to be that loud
Not gonna do too much, I have the cat back and the high flow cats in this video, it’ll also take some time for the exhaust to burn in aswell mine took about a month to notice a difference.
@@wizzfizz6800 whatever is shown in the video is on my car currently, so yes they do however you may need to get a tune to make it sound like what my car does in the video. The high flow cats will make it pop but they’ll need the high flow exhaust and the otr for the pops to sound really good.
I’m running a vcm otr, black ops 2.25inch Catback with the high flow cats. Car is booked in for a tune and I didn’t want the crackle tune, will mine pop without it after the tune?
I didn’t get the crackle tune only because, 1. I already own a V8 and that crackles and pops enough and 2. I didn’t want to be the stereotypical p plater v6 commy owner that put a crackle tune on there car 😂 and 3. I wanted to show other p platers and v6 owners that you don’t need a crackle tune for your car to sound "decent". But at the end of the day it’s your car so if you want to put one on go ahead 😀
Yes, mine was over the 130 power to weight ratio, but even when I was pulled over they never checked. So do it if you want to but chances are if you don’t drive like a numty you’ll be right 👍
Cheers for uploading to help us all out cobber. Thats the sound I'm after!
Oath bro that sounds mint!
Sound solid bro 💯
best for vf lfv is 3 inch hotdog muffler delete and probably high flo cats
Tuffffff🔥
Straight pipe hotdog red is my sounds the same
VCM OTR Intake make car much more louder?
Empire performance 3” hotdog muffler delete w pop bang tune and otr intake is loud
Any videos? Not sure if I wanna get this setup or an empire set up
@@AJ_VFnot looking loud, looking god sound
Was about to buy a 3” empire performance cat back exhaust but now I’m contemplating
My mate got an exhaust from empire for his commy and he said they were pretty cheap quality, but it’s up to you bro

@@AJ_VF yeah, you might be able to maybe find a 2nd hand one on a sv6 facebook page if you’re lucky. If not you’ll probably have to wait man

@@AJ_VF yeah I got it roughly a month or 2 after the whole exhaust was put in, it was really good as it gave time for the exhaust to burn in
Just uncounted a problem with bolting on the high flows that they were to small for a vf 2015
Stock headers?
@@lando5680 ye mate
Do you get them on
i have a 2017 holden commodore Ute do i use the same exhaust or you use same exhaust but made for the Ute instead of the sedan or wagon
Just double check bro, make sure it says that it fits your Ute, some of the pipes are a bit longer in the Utes
with replacing the factory cats have you incurred any engine lights?
Yes, but the tuner got rid of the code
Wouldn’t that just stop the engine light from coming on if any thing else happens to the engine?
what’s the difference between 2.25 and 2.5 bro? which is better etc
2.5 is a bit bigger and louder than the 2.25 it’s really up to personal preference, I got 2.5 for more power
I got a Holden commodore vf series 2 will the high flow cats fit on my car
Yes they should, I’ve seen them on series 2 before
was it just a matter of bolting on the high flow cats or was there some welding to be done to it?
Bolt on, straight from xforce
@@lando5680 thanks man, I’m loving the sound and gunna get it done to mine

I reckon it will if it doesn’t and it’s an auto try using sport mode that’ll help with the popping as you can control the rpm way more
Nah if you specifically asked for a crackle tune and regular performance tune, it will. If you just asked for a performance tune, chances are it wont.

What sort of power is it making after ?
256kw engine and 210rwkw
what kind of tune did you get?
Custom dyno tune, just adjusted the car to accommodate for the new exhaust and intake
What exhaust are you running?
The exact one that’s shown in the video
Do you have to get it tuned ?
Yes or you’ll lose power because of the maf sensor, if it was a v8 you wouldn’t need too
That sounds mean
Is this an lfx?
Yes sir it is
What’s that

Hey man would all this work on a ve sv6 wagon?
Might have different outcome power wise but yes, it will work just make sure you get the exhaust that says wagon 👍

Exact same as what the video show bro
