like a lot of people said in the comments, it sounds like a small super market store or gas station playing this song. Like at 3 am you go to a gas station and this is the shit you be hearin while using the public bathroom. Specifically 3 am alone, on a pit stop on a super long road trip. It’s also kinda creepy. Something you’d hear in a horror movie or something. They try to make you seem like it’s all happy but then the music goes in and out of the right key which is pretty creepy. Idk why but to me, it’s very comforting.
