I just bought myself one of these digital pianos and I expect it to be delivered tomorrow and you have helped me more fully appreciate what I have to learn more about; your demonstration has addressed exactly what my newbie mind has been wondering about! Your commentary made all of the difference and thanks for setting the context of what styles are for and how good it sounds; I had seen/heard confusing reviews.
Thank you so much, you are such a talented keyboardist and I thoroughly enjoyed your performance. Please if you could do more in depth videos on it's myriad of arranger features for those of us who are new to this type of keyboard. Also, it seems to have only one Arpeggio Style and I would like to know if it is possible to add more and how to do that?
I commented also on your previous DGX-670 too. thank you for your thoughts on the flagship Yamaha DGX-670. I own one now and am thrilled by its formidable capabilities. However, although I can now manage to transfer and even modify songs from the PIANO ROOM to my user USB, can't seem to actually save the voice modified version in SONG EDIT. Advice please! thanks
How to enable the drummer's count in sound effect? I have same instrument and it starts playing 80sPowerRock style right away without the count in sound..
thanks for your live performances and explanations. Question, on my new DGX-670 I am enjoying use of the SONG==>SELECT, and then moving the (tab already set to preset) cursor from 𝐋𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲 to 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠-𝐚-𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠, pressing enter and selecting the already selected first song 𝐀𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐞. Pressing play in the same SONG section results in the absolutely A-level rendition including string orchestra with even snare drum, flute and harp embellishments. So, 𝘢𝘮 𝘐 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘶𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘋𝘦𝘮𝘰'𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦 or are they simply intended to demonstrate capabilities for recordings?
I just bought the DGX-670 - I had the 660 and 650 models. I'm going crazy trying to access the XG & GM voices...can't find them yet I see a list (Found it online) of all the additional voices within those areas for the 670. On my previous models (660/650) I could scroll through and find the all the voices together...what am I missing and how do I access the GM/XG voices - they should be loaded up onto my keyboard and not something I have to purchase additionally correct?
Thank you so much for this video, you have explained it really well. Just 1 question how is the sound of the styles of this dgx 670 if we compare it with Psr sx 700 or Sx 900. Please let me know this because I want to buy one. Thank you😊
I have a dgx 670. Very happy with it. But I've only been playing for 3 months. I can almost play gnossienne 1. Am making progress. But obviously nothing like you! How long does it take to get to your level?
Some styles on my dgx670 when I press the B roll button or the D roll button but it keeps on going back to A roll button and I don't know how to fix that. Please I need your explanation.
Don’t know why Yamaha can’t add 88 weighted keys to an arranger keyboard?korg has one now, which I’ll be purchasing as soon as I can,I hate big company’s marketing techniques.
I wish the instrument came with a DVD or song book that walked you though from very basic control to the complex. I have been very frustrated trying to do what should be very simple.
Good...PING-PONG sound. People, do you have ears? The colors of the Yamaha instruments are good, but all the instruments sound thin. Compare the sounds directly to Roland instruments, and you'll get it right away. What is the result of that? You need to put 100 instruments in a song, so that it doesn't sound hollow and empty and unmusical !!!🙃 BY THE WAY, Yamaha has been selling the same sounds for over 20 years. Listen to their Clavinova CVP-307 from 2003.

I'm glad you enjoyed the video and found it helpful. Thank you for watching.
Thanks so much for the instruction.
Yes. Best keys in my home ❤

You are so welcome!

how do you record all the instruments
Grazie per la dimostrazione ma potresti spiegare come funziona il loop che hai fatto vedere nel primo video?

This is an arranged keyboard and it has weighted keys though. So does Yamahas 88 key arrangers. I’m slightly confused what you mean 🤔
@@AngeloProMusician I guess I meant a higher end arranger than the dgx,I also have dgx670
I buy this piano.
Is there a way to just get a drum pattern with no other parts? In other words a beat metronome.
I wish the instrument came with a DVD or song book that walked you though from very basic control to the complex. I have been very frustrated trying to do what should be very simple.
Teria esse vídeo em Português ou espanhol?
Sorry I can’t read that 😬
ci vorrebbe in italiano grazie

The piano keyboard is childishly too light plastic. Why do they include such old technology? Even the Roland FP-10 has a better keyboard.
You wanted to talk so much why you keep keyboard with you 🤷
