I just made a deal to to buy a WILD Hellcat Redeye powered Dodge Charger!
Specifically the one I drove with @Demonology at Roadkill Nights 2023!
Months after the event had came and gone, I got a call asking if I'd like to buy it and clearly I said yes! But while I might be familiar with DRIVING this monster mopar, owning it, setting it up for racing and making everything work properly is a whole different ball game! Good thing the next race is only one day away...

Just heads up, next time at the track I’d run only distilled water through the system no coolant. Sure the sweet smell saved you, but coolant down the track is no bueno

A glide trans used to be 2-3 approx ratio. 2nd gear starts were great in snow. I had posi. Never ever got stuck in snow.

That converter looked like it cooked itself at some point with the paint burned off if it.
Has some really nice hardware. Would be quicker with a Turbo 400 transmission.

Dude, how impressive is it that a full on purpose built race car gets beat by a Tesla plaid on street tires. Don't get me wrong, I love the ICE machines but wow that is amazing. Imagine that Tesla stripped out with racing tires on all four corners. Looking forward to what you can do with this car, I think there's a lot more power to be had but you gotta get it to the ground.

Im guessing its still super heavy, chargers carry so much weight, chargers take a ton more power to get into the 8's than something light like a fox body or an S10, though it can probably still lose a few gundred pounds by gutting the doors and ditching the glass and the steel hood/trunk lids. Gotta watch out though because once you start getting fast on the drag strip speed can get addictive 😂
