    Beautiful barn. My ears perked up when I heard you say Maryland as I’m also in MD and trying to put together a list of things I definitely want to build in my barn

    Thank you, thank you, for sharing your barn, not just for the prices but for sharing your experiences! I just had the framework of my barn go up and I am getting ready to do the interiors and I loved seeing how yours looked and I had planned to finish mine a lot of the way yours looks. Now however, I am rethinking a few things like the sliding stall doors. At the same time being able to go "yeah, that looks exactly like I was planning". I feel that you helped me plan out a better barn then I had, even if my barn is on a much smaller scale and a more limited budget..Thank you for helping me visualize my 2 stall barn for my babies.

    That 4 grand could have been a heated floor connected to the hot water heater... No heat pump to go bad and a water heater can be gas, electric, or geothermal... All in all awesome design! Look forward to building mine in the future.

      Yes actually there is a slant on UA-cam she has more than 3 horses but she has a fairly small barn and it is also very pretty and she says it cost her about 60k

    Your barn is lovely!!! I live in north Texas and I desperately want to buy my own little plot of land and build a 5 stall poll barn and “tiny” house. I’m researching the cost now, and my gosh, barns are a whole lot more expensive then I would have thought. I won’t be detoured though, it’s about a 5-7 year plan anyway, so I’ve got time lol

    If you could replace the concrete on the barn isle what kind of material would you put down??

    • @megbobsbarn3

      Decorative concrete pavers or tumbled brick pavers.

    What size are your stalls & the Dutch doors? And wash room?

    • @megbobsbarn3
      @megbobsbarn3  4 роки тому +1

      The stalls are as close to a true 12x12ft interior measurement as possible. The Dutch doors are "oversized" meaning they are extra wide and extra tall. I'm not sure of their exact measurements though.

    • @megbobsbarn3

    How much do you think that it would cost if it was ment for party's

    • @megbobsbarn3
      @megbobsbarn3  5 років тому

      Depends on how fancy you'd want it and the quality of the land on site. If I wanted to have a basic unheated 50x50 metal building for parties in my back yard with electricity and a water hook up the project still would have cost me...eh...about 125k.
