  • This actually worked out really really well. I'm even using it right now for another project as I write this! Hopefully I'll get everything in order and my ducks all lined up in perfect little rows so you guys won't be too confused because the videos are now going to be out of order. lol We'll see how that goes! 🤣
But yeah, I really really like this resin cooker. Sure, it takes three hours, but I think it works really well. I'm all for it. I'll keep on using it for bigger things, and I'll keep on using the Resiner's one for little things. Hopefully never at the same time, I think it would make my house burn down. lol
The listing for the cooker isn't on Amazon anymore. I don't know what happened to it. When I click on it in my Past Purchases, it takes me to a resin heating mat no this machine. Sooo.... I do need to try one of those out as well someday. Someday!
Here it is on their website, it's 63USD (it says Sold Out, so that's why the Amazon listing is gone, glad I got it when I did then)

Thanks for coming! See you next week!

lol Next week’s video explosions that a little! lol I use this device in that video and didn’t want to have that video before this video so all the videos between this video and the second week of January are all messed up and out of order from filming! If that made sense. lol And thank you so much!🥰

Thank you for the review! I’m not in the market for one of these now, I am not currently doing a lot of resin projects. I’m going to definitely keep it in mind for the future! ❤

I got one for Christmas and just used it. My pieces bubbled and foamed up.

Interesting, I wonder what that means. Could be a few things. My *guesses* are: could be too much air in the resin, could be getting too hot, could have something in the resin like alcohol that's boiling. I had alcohol in a mold I used recently, and it made the piece super bubbly and gross when I used it in the curing machine. I hope that it doesn't happen again! Keep trying and see what might effect it. What kind of resin are you using? 1:1 ratio, or something else? I'm pretty sure that these are meant for 1:1 12-24 hour demold time resins. Never know. 🥰 Thank you!

Oh yes, the air coming out is hot. You used 2-part epoxy resin, yes? I use it all the time now. I even used it just yesterday. But yeah, the air is supposed to be hot. Not like, really hot, but yeah. I'm sorry yours isn't working. I hope that it gets fixed or replaces!

Which type of resin does it cure?

I've only used 24-hour-cure, 1:1 by volume, 2-part epoxy resins in it so far. I've used three of four brands, and they have all worked to some degree. Some come out a little more soft then others, but they all harden up quickly once cooled. I'd still let them sit for a day afterwards if you are going to do anything significant to/with them. I use it all the time, though. 💖 I don't recommend it if you want completely bubble free stuff, though. It will cook things too quickly for the degassing properties to degas the resin. Just so you know! 🥰
