Hey, Thanks for your compliment! 😃 If it's not in stock, maybe they are going release a new one?! From my homework it seems the Flex Jet TV(thrust vectoring) could use some more power than the current version. But I've never flown one myself, only talked to people who've owned and flown. But I would definitely be interested in trying one if they become available again.. but that's ALOT of money! 😁
Thanks! And Good question! Short Answer-- One time I was just having fun and lost track of flight time and flew over 6min on a 6s 4000mah HRB 60c pack. Another time I was flying mostly High-Alpha and it was closer to 5min 45sec(keep an eye out for this future video). But I consider that long because flying High-Alpha uses the juice! 😅 Long Answer-- Of course flight time is very subjective to the Battery Size, Battery Quality, Wind Speeds, and Style of the flight/pilot. I think we all know that most RC Aircraft don't end up flying for the "Advertised Flight Time"...😆 and I think it's because the average Hobbyist doesn't fly to conserve power! (Although I have before just for fun and experiment.) Examples of this would be a pilots who "Flys Like A Rollercoaster", up and down and doing loops and rolls and just out having a good time.. will get less flight time than a Pilot who "Flys Like A Merry-Go-Round" and just does big circles or even ovales at the same altitude. So though I have hit near 6min of aggressive flight, I would NOT guarantee that I could do it again without hitting LVC(Low Voltage Cut-off).😅 Anyways, great question and I hope that gave some explanation that was easy to understand for any new pilots or future pilots that might visit the channel! 🙂
Well done! 👍🏻🙂 Niiiiiice!
Thanks for the encouragement! It's a blast to fly! 😃
I subscribed. 👍🏻
@rlbutterfield ; Hey I appreciate that! Thanks for helping grow the channel and spreading the Joy of RC's! 👍🏻😃
Good job of flying. Flexjet still does not have the thrust vectoring jet in stock.

Cool! What kind of flight time do you think can be achieved with this ?
Thanks! And Good question!

Do you happen to have a Eflite 70mm Thunderbird or thinking about getting one?
