I saw her perform in 2005 with The Boston Pops Christmas concert, of all places, in Kingston R.I. I think she was 15 years old at that time. Great concert, like they always put on. She was great as the guest artist singing four songs. Keith Lockhardt was the recent new director.
I think it's beautiful how this song gives off such a different feel from the original, which is something beautiful to see in a cover. In Joni's version it was the song of an experienced woman looking back, there was no lie or cover left in it. And yet in this one, it's presented as a sweet song showing a younger, less experienced woman just trying to find her way though, but even behind all the confusion there's a clarity and reflection present, even if it's something that she keeps hidden from everyone else.

Personally I love all three ladies that sung this amazing song. Each singer had their own interpretation of the lyrics. Joni was her angst, Judith seemed to be striving possibly for the untouchable, Hayley seeing love through the eyes of youth, that fantasy whiçh is just a intangible thing.
