Don't buy ola scooters, worst service, they don't bother about customer. Don't waste your hard earned money. Now I am suffering after buying ola S1 air.

If your OLA scooter battery goes 0 % than you need to buy the new battery... i am facing the problem battery goes 0% and now the company is saying you need to buy new battery of 88000.00

Ola service is very very bad. First off all their service centers lack basic hydraulic lifters to lift the vehicle to check properly (I dont know how they will repair wheel alignment or wobbling issues), They dont have vehicle holder as they don't provide centre stand to vehicles and literally they were using plastic baskets under to bike to make ut stand.
Also there is no service maintenance schedule for vehicles. Any manufacturer should have a maintenance schedule for vehicles be it ICE OR EV bcos any malfunction can literally harm person and may end up costing his life. Brake oil, tightening of screws, diagnostics, are must for every 5000kms but ola doesn't even know about it ( I have seen so many ppl complaining of shaking handles and in some cases handle literally coming off)
No proper waiting area for customers, No service lifecycle management.
My suggestion is pls avoid OLA till they are really serious about the business bcos right now all they are focusing is to increase the valuation of the company by making sales thats it there is no value creation in their DNA.
Better to choose from our traditional ever promising companies bajaj, hero and tvs for evs

Ola electric should train their unfortunate customers who have made a mistake by investing in their eScooters....because Ola will not give after sales service even if you have paid for their Ola Care plus membership

The service is really bad. My ola has been out of function since 3 months.They close the ticket without informing the customer and the helpdesk is of no use. Dont know any senior personal to reach out for help. Please provide with any contact that would be of great help.....My location is Bihar

@@alphacreator3267 I had opted for Care+ plan that provides Road Side Assistance so i made a call and they took my ola from my doorstep and its at the workshop and they wd drop the ola once thats repaired..
Worst services tickets create karke dekh liya.. Mail drop karke dekh liya insurance ke liye apply kar liya screenshot bheja social media wale se call me bat kar liya. Ola helpline me call kiya multiple times lekin Ola nai bana pa rahe ho software kharab hai. Kya fayada Ola care + plan ka 15 days ho gaye Ola nai bani ..
आईएम जोमैटो राइडर भाई मेरे पास ओला S1 प्रो है...... बैटरी 20% से अचानक चलते चलते 0% हो रहा हैं ...... 20000 चलाया है मैने पांच महिने में बैटरी प्रॉब्लम आ गया है..... एक महीन हो गया सर्विस में छोड़े बना कर नही दिए हैं...... ओला & गोला की 3rd क्लास क्वालिटी पूरी डॉगी से आवाज आती है रेंज 180 बोलकर 100 देता है रेंज लगता है भावेश अग्रवाल यूरोप में टेस्ट राइड किया था मैं इंडिया में टेस्ट राइड किया रेंज 100 मिला
