I booked an Ola S1 Air after using my Ola S1 for 6-7 months, and I believe Ola is a very good scooter that will beat Activa in 2-3 years because I saved so much money by shifting to EV. I suggest everyone go for Ola.
I purchased Ola S1 Air just 1 month ago. When the battery was 53% it didnt get started and display was not coming. I was out of station for some time. When i came back and tried charging. It didnt charge. I made complain. But service centre se call aya ki deep discharge hua hai warranty nai milegi. But fault 53% pe hi ayi thi. They are not replacing battery under warranty.
Thanks for sharing your experience. Deep discharge ka problem kafi log ignore krte hai. Real world scenario me deep discharge k against warranty toh milni hi chahiye

I would strongly request you all to look for other options. Please post and repost this, so that this reached to the deaf ears of OLA Management.
I live in a small town, my concern is that, how will they provide service? What about parts like simple brakepads, leavers, cables? Will they provide doorstep service? Things like this is pushing me to ice scooters.

You will have too much issues after several years because fossil fuels are getting low nowadays and people are switching to ev as they are cheap and efficient. But i still have activa 1st generation and it works nice 👍

Dont purchase ola. Bhai maine apne 1.5 lakh barbaad kr diye hai aap mt krna. Aap kitna bhi service karwa lo iska handle hamesha vibrate hi hota rhega. Hamesha aapke hath me jerk lagta rhega
My bike ola s1air has been compliant twice in one year. If the bike is compliant, will not get any call from the service center. Always busy when trying to call there. So never take this bike. Ola has very bad service centers all over in India.
Bhai ola ko fokat me praise mat karo. Jo company ko material science k bare ke nhi pata konsi chiz kitna sehsakta hai wo nhi pata usko upar utha kar koi fayeda nhi. Jo apne top speed par constantly nhi chal sakta usko kya kare ? Are company stand tak design nhi kar payi.

Activa EV is expected to launch in 2024. I hope its a much evolved product to existing EV scooters.

It is lightweight but if weight increases more power will be used. So not a good battery level after battery charge
