Looks like a well built jacket, and pretty ventilated. Good review 👌😎
Good move by Revzilla partnering with you. The video does not do this jacket enough justice. Looks great and the quality is just as amazing as the big names on the market. Love the subtlety on the branding.
I am very exciting to be working with Revzilla on this.. Their knowledge being put into a product is huge. I saw you diggin the jacket last weekend.. the pants though.. wow.. can't wait to drop that video.
Damn looks like they nailed this one! Great review man, just ordered the gloves! Also dope t-shirt #SABOTAGE !!!!!!!
This is a really nice jacket! Mike’s been talking about this since you guys rode this past Sunday. 😊
I didn't want to say anything, but Mike couldn't take his eyes off me that day.. I'm not sure it was the jacket... #justsayin
My jacket , that I got from my "stealership " at my video "MY NEW GEAR!!!" seems to have lasted for now 4 years going on 5, and it has gone on for this long with only 2 bad zippers, one on the outer cover rain gear, and the other one on the right side zipper. It is a mesh jacket with a removable felt liner. I also have some heated gear, like the gloves, jacket, and pants of Gyde by Gerbing 12 volt. That helps out a lot as well on those cold weather days here in Arkansas, in which, this state can get all 4 seasons throughout the year, or even month by month, or even day by day, depending on what part of the state a person is in.
almost 5 years is awesome.. . I find that a good jacket will last.. I think my Dainese winter jacket is going on 5 years or so.. like new.. cheap stuff.. well it's cheap for a reason usually.. i rode in this last weekend for a few hours and it felt great.. the stitching seems strong and will last too. Thanks for the comment renegade! seasons are great but I can't wait to one day leave winter behind
When I saw this in person I really liked it. Seems like a popular jacket they are sold out on RevZilla as of now. I’m in the market for a new jacket sometime soon this is def in the running.
You can also purchase it at CycleGear if it’s not in stock on Revzilla
I'll be honest.. the 'plain Jane'-ness initially turned me off a bit but now I actually like the simplicity of it. The feel.. well I'll say it feels on par or even better than my "Brand D" mesh.. and tons better than any "Brand A" mesh I have had...
I picked up the light grey/black today, looks and feels great.
Great review! Thanks for your opinions. Looks like a really well made product. I just purchased a Fieldsheer Textile (my first). I have always worn leather no matter the weather, but I'm starting to come around to the Textile/Mesh segment. Gotta hit up RevZilla for this one. #SupportNYMotoVloggers
Fieldsheer will always be a good brand.. a bit conservative in styling but quality. A good textile/mesh jacket will still protect you.. of course nothing protects like leather, but it also has its downfalls. #thanksforthesupport!
More product review from RevZilla.awesome review ❤️❤️👏👏
thank you Keith!
Good looking jacket , and great review!
Thanks MIG!
Looks like a good jacket, I like the muted styling too but not the price. I think if they kept the price closer to $150 would be better.
I have to disagree here.. My Dainese Air Frame D1 is comparable in pretty much every way except it has CE level 1 vs the CE Level 2 molecular armor that the Alta has.. plus it has a waterproof liner.. and it's $250. I think for marketing purposes $200 would have been a nice looking price point but IMO it's worth the $220 if you want all of the features. This is not BILT crap (which is what I worried about when I first saw it). Thanks for the comment!
dafobra Right but Reax doesnt have the heritage and the reputation Dainese has to command a premium price. Not saying it's a bad jacket at all I like it very much after checking it out on the Revzilla site after watching the video.
@@DJMotoVlogs Price isn't about heritage. It's about the materials used. Alpinestar smx air is 450D woth no liner and it costs as much much as this jacket or their t-gp plus r v3 with only 600D with only windproof linercosts more than this jacket. So $250 with 800D and a rain liner is appropriate for it's materials. Name is what allows Alpinestar to be able to sell a $150 glove that doesn't even have a palm slider when at least a $100 other brands have it.
good summer jacket
I'm having a hard time snapping the belt loop connectors when I put the jacket on.
5'11'' some reason I thought you would be taller haha good video
in heels I'm 6'3"
nice looking jacket
thanks broski! We have to meet up!
My CCs are low and I don't have a monocle but if you allow it I'm always down to meet up. I've got to see that Blue Demon in person!
Excellent review and looks like a fine jacket however I’m surprised with a company like Revzilla they wouldn’t include a real back protector, even if it costs a few bucks more of course I think that decision may steer people in other manufactures directions that include it for about the same price. Your fatty wrists need a diet however
for some reason almost none of the gear companies include one except for Icon which recently started putting D3O in theirs.. but while I do agree that a CE rated back protector should be part of EVERY jacket, I do also understand that the price increase is justifiable for guys like us that will pay a bit more for the protection. We do have to remember that there are plenty of riders out there still using a foam back pad because they either don't care, don't want to spend the money or simply have no idea. I think that Revzilla should consider using D3O back protectors and maybe raise the price another $20 or $30 once the brand gets some legs in the market.. and sheet.
Can I get it in something not all black?
they have other colorway.. the white is nice but I'm too OCD for dirty jackets.
