Thank Ma for giving such heart warming recipes I always look for your videos before I cook. Because I'm so far from home. But everything u cook is jus like my Ma so I'm also learning. May The good Lord richly bless u and your family. I'm also from Chatsworth too.
Love ur recipes Aunty. U remind me of my mothers eldest sister who was a cook in her sons restaurant back in the day. Love ur persona as well. Soft hearted & down to earth. God bless u always🙏🙏
Thank you so much MA,for sharing and also showing us step by step how to do it,you have made cooking so much better, may God bless you with good health and may his choicest blessings be with you always
Thank you.i only put chilli powder in the chutney and green chillies with ginger garlic in chops chutney.fresh dhania to garnish gives a lovely flavour
We are used to the metal spoons and the staineless steel pots especially don't seem to be affected much. The pot I cook with in this video is close to 40 years old and is not looking bad at all.

Do you not marinade the meat?
We did not but you can marinate your chops beforehand for extra flavour. Check out our mutton curry for one possible marinade.
They say you must add a pinch of salt to remove acid from the tomatoes,
Yes a pinch of sugar to remove the acidity.
Why don't the aunty use a wooden spoon her good pot will get full of scratches
