- What an Amazing day offshore with my Son Dustin!
Our new Nortech 4300 Super V just arrived before Christmas and this was our 3rd time out on the ocean with her! She is outfitted with twin Mercury Racing 700HP SCI Supercharged engines with Racing 6 Drives to handle the roughest water at triple digit speeds! You can hear the super chargers screaming!
We left HB Harbor on the Nortech around 12 noon on 1/2/18, heading south past HB pier, Newport Beach, Laguna to Dana Point area where the Whales play!
Then headed out to Catalina Island for dinner where we ran around with some hard charging dolphins.
Got a couple 90MPH speed runs in before a getting a 4 hour mooring with the harbor patrol so we could have a delicious dinner at Blue Water Grill where we ate the Grilled Blackened Swordfish, scalloped potatoes, and spinach.
Darkess set in as we sadly left Avalon harbor for home back to HB Harbor. The ocean was lit by the lights of Long Beach and the coastals cities and the bright beautiful stars! The offshore oil rigs as well as our trusty GPS and safe driving got us home!
We are restoring this one of a kind performance offshore boat with all new interior, sound system upgrades, TVs, engine room upgrades, TCM SSM VI Aerators, Raritan Vortex Vac Toilet, Insta Hot Water heater, Whale Gulper Shower pump system, 4 Pair Focal K2 6.5" Speakers, JL Infinite Baffle 10" Subwoofers, Rockford Fosgate 1000/4 RMS Amp, NMEA Vessel Link and backbone, Simrad GO7 Mercury Monitor/GPS, Fusion Apollo Touchscreen and remotes, Custom Corintian Aquatred carpeting, and much more to come!
Until our next adventure, enjoy! - Авто та транспорт
Hey thank You for sharing and bringing this boat back to life. Of all the boats I built this was my hands down favorite. NorTech let me pick out everything from paint design, colors of paint, electronics to stitching on the seats. Of the (3) 43 NorTech I built, 2 gas and 1 diesel...this was also the fastest, and had a different lighter lay-up. I still miss this boat for a lot of sentimental reasons, and am glad that someone like yourself has taken the time and resurrected what I consider being one of the best built, best riding boats in her class. She is still a looker in her simplistic classy paint job that looks awesome at 90+mph on the water. Congrats...and Thank You.
Jeff I appreciate your comments and you are welcome to visit her anytime you get out in Southern California, please get ahold of me! She is an amazing boat, couldn't really ask for more!
