You noticed Daisuike and the anonymous member of Man on a Mission, but did you notice Ue-chan floating on a cloud at about the 3:48 point in your reaction video? Call me crazy, but the main chorus to me has a definite Andrew W.K. power pop vibe going for it. Like Eric said, heavy but melodic. Who does that sound like? HMMMM.... Sim has been on the bill with MTH many times. Good find, guys. Ok, driving it further into the ground... are we going to see Rock and Roll Chainsaw or Golden Guy anytime soon? Keep 'em coming!

it's actually a trend in Japanese videos. A lot of MTH's videos do it as well. Yoshu Fukushu has the lyrics flying around all the place. You just don't notice it because its all in Japanese :D

If you want to go more into the details about the genres they use, SiM is basically a Ska-Punk Band at its core fusing this with elements of Alternative Metal, Post-Hardcore, Metalcore and Reggae.
