      Thankyou ka. We dont need to use any raising agent cause we are adding emulsifier. Emulsifier do all the work

      Cake gel pota baking powder use pana theva ila bro.. and 2 - 5 grams podalam...

      Gluten is just a protein

      We need little amount of gluten in cakes but adhigam aana cake romba crumble aagum like peice cut pannale thool aagum. I've experienced this because gluten formation varies among flour we use

      Oil potutu beat panna air nalla lock panum so cake fluffy agum. Rombavum beat panna kudadhu.
