Point of information: I do believe those Hammershots were used at EndWar 2019. I noticed the green zip ties on the handles. Some of my blasters still have them as well.

Why a breach? Why not make it mag fed? And then add a flywheel after burner? And while you are at it, why not just replace it with a better blaster entirely? The whole point is that it is a stupid concept. It is not supposed to be functional. It is a gag blaster.

(I know you aren't much of a videogame person but check the story of Barry Burton and his revolver the Silver Serpent on the KendoGunShop channel, the narrator is epic and the stories are quite amazing )

Did you just transform a airsoft gun into nerf?
Nope. It is partly a modified Nerf blaster and mostly 3d printed or hardware store parts.

I have, yes. Sadly it is not very viable for a number of reasons.

Liability. If someone mods a blaster and hurts someone, Hasbro could get sued. By taking a public stance against it, they protect themselves.
