WXL60 Tom's Current Conditions Glitch [Old Video]

On July 12, 2015, our area was experiencing heavy rains and urban flooding. Although, if I remember correctly, even though there were only a select few alerts in effect, the CRS compterized voice hardware for NOAA Weather Radio still seemed to glitch, and instead of reading out the current regional weather conditions, it just spoke as if nothing was entered. Either a forecaster forgot to enter this information, or it was simply a malfunction. Either way, it's still funny (and rare) to hear Tom just casually (& giving 0 f*cks) skip over the conditions and go staight to the forecast summary. I think he'd had a bit too much, at least he tried. Enjoy!

**PLEASE READ**
