- Welcome back to my channel! 🌟 Join me as I kick off Week 1 of my 90-day self-challenge with my 5 AM gym routine. In this video, I walk you through my three-day training split, focusing on different muscle groups each day to achieve balanced strength and fitness.
Day 1:
Warm-up: 20-minute inclined treadmill walk
Workout: Dumbbell Thrusters, Goblet Squats, Leg Press
Day 2:
Warm-up: 20-minute inclined treadmill walk
Workout: Seated Row Machine, Lat Pulldown, Mountain Climbers, Bird Dog, Weighted Toe Touch
Day 3:
Warm-up: 20-minute inclined treadmill walk
Workout: Lateral Raise, Overhead Press, Bent Over Reverse Fly
Each day starts with a cardio session to get my heart rate up, followed by targeted strength training exercises. I’m sharing my journey to inspire and motivate you to reach your fitness goals, so make sure to subscribe and hit the bell icon to follow along!

What I learn from this video is that how someone can be empathetic towards his or her self its very important to remember this than you can proceed with the diet or etc routine ❤
this means a lot to me :) yes being empathetic to yourself is first step towards all the journeys we want to take to improve our life.

MashAllah MashAllah Allah khair se weight loss ho tmhara.. main bhi tmhen follow kerrhi hun lekn abhi tak Maine exercise nhy shuro ki..era weight 104 hai.. main subah big glass of like warm water main 1 spoon acv , 1 tbsp chia seed one pinch kalonji and half tsp flex seed dalti hun aur phir kuch dare badh black coffee.. phir pora din kuch nhy khati pani leeti hun aur raat ko 6:30pm pe khana roti koshish hota hai skip krdon aur quinoa leti hun jo bhi gravy bani ho with salad .. weight loss kerna Allah karai k mera bhi weight loss hojae kheriyat se InshaAllah talah.. duaon main yaad rakhna please 🙏

Since you're recording yourself working out, I highly recommend watching those videos, looking out for any improper form, and trying to improve that. I've been gyming for 15 years and still don't have 100% perfect form so no need to sweat about it, as long as it's mostly correct :)
Also, one-on-one personal training is something that helped a lot in the beginning

Your form is not good esp with the seated row, and mountain climbers (your arm should be beneath your shoulder). I would suggest focusing on that first, with a trainer or in front of a mirror is a good option, else you might end up with muscle spasm. Also good would be warm up and cool down stretches
