No, you should give a proper reason for it. If you don't find something else you can mold an answer like i have been to indian bank a few times, and i liked the work environment and facilities provided there blah blah.
If you tell these attributes as your weakness then surely it's going to backfire because they are actually looking for a person who have just opposite skills than what you jave just stated.
