RBI Grade B exam is a national-level competitive test conducted by the Reserve Bank of India for the recruitment of Officers in Grade 'B'. To cover Phase I & Phase II with updated syllabus and exam pattern.
SBI PO exam consists of 3 phases - Prelims, Mains, and GD/ Interview round. Candidates must pass each exam to get shortlisted and progress to the next stage. The final selection will be based on merit.
SBI Clerk Exam is conducted by the State Bank of India to recruit candidates for the post of Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) in its different branches across the country.
IBPS PO Exam is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) to select eligible candidates for the post of Probationary Officer in different public sector banks in India. IBPS PO exam is conducted every year since 2011. Current Affairs & Exam-Wise Content Etc.
IBPS Clerk Exam - The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts an online examination to recruit clerical cadre for multiple public sector banks operating in the country.
IBPS RRB is a national-level banking exam conducted every year by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for candidates who aspire to join the Regional Rural Bank (क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक).

Keep these things in mind if you're going to give an interview:
.
1. When entering the room, have a confident body language. Do not slouch/hunch or look nervous. Interview is all about testing your personality and not how much you know. Your intelligence has been tested in the exams. Interview tests your confidence.
.
2. If there's a female interviewer on the panel, greet her first before greeting anyone else.
.
3. Sit only when you're told to and after you've sat down, keep your feet flat on the floor and your hands on your thighs.
.
4. When you're asked to give your introduction, DO NOT talk about anything else other than your achievements, hobbies and extra curricular activities you've done. Don't even tell the panel about your parents' name as the panel has NO INTEREST in knowing anything about them. Also remember, the panel CANNOT ask you any personal questions like your family background or their financial state or your caste etc...

5. When you filled the registration form for your banking exam, you filled the languages you know to speak/write. Those are the only languages the panel will ask you questions in. Make sure to answer in the same language the question has been asked. If they ask you a question in English, respond in English. If they ask you a question in Hindi, respond in Hindi.

6. Remember, interview is not to test how much you know. BUT, if you are answering something and someone on the panel interrupts you with another question, it means that your answer hasn't impressed them. So keep your answers to-the-point and short.
.
7. NEVER say 'I don't know' when you don't know the answer to something. Always say 'I don't remember'.
.
8. Remain calm. DO NOT curl your palms or shake your legs. It shows that you're nervous and that's bad for you in an interview.
.
9. DO NOT interrupt your interviewer when they are asking you a question or are simply talking to you. Let them finish first and then you answer.
.
10. Whenever you are requesting something (like asking to speak in another language), ALWAYS use 'may' instead of 'can'.

Panel was good no doubt, but there are 2 recommendations -
1) Don't interruption, your board and candidate while they speak.
2) If a candidate said no to a certain topic, what's the topic of asking further questions on the same topic indepth.

Your introduction means talking about YOUR studies, academic/extra curricular activities, hobbies etc... The interview panel has no interest in knowing about your family and they also cannot ask you anything about your family or your financial background their other than your parents' profession.

Ideally, you have to respond in the language the interviewer asks you a question.
Agar English me puchha to English me jawab do. Agar Hindi me puchha to hindi me jawab do.
This shows the panel that you know both Hindi and English and it also shows your attentiveness.
@@chickencurry7642 That's misinformation, I believe. Language really doesn't matter in Bank interviews. They only assess your answers as a selected officer needs to do his in his comfortable(regional) language. Jaha tak baat ENGLISH ki hai to MAINS me check ho jaata hai bhai wo
@@AbhishekSharma-iq4bq whenever you fill a registration form for banking exams, there's a column where you're asked to enter languages you can 'read', 'write', and 'speak'. Whichever language you mention that you can speak, the interview panel will ask you questions in that language.

For example, in my form I filled that I can read, write and speak in English and Hindi. That information (and all of my other information from the registration form) is with the interview panel. So they know what languages you can speak and so they use those languages to interview you.

So, let's say you mentioned that you can speak in both Hindi and English. And during the interview you request to only be able to answer in Hindi, it puts you in a bad light in front of the interview panel. Think of it as lying to the interviewers because you mentioned that you can speak in English but now you're technically saying that you cannot. That is not a good impression of you to put in front of the interview panel...

The reason I know this is because I have given 3 bank interviews in my life. The first two I got rejected untill I was selected in my 3rd interview. Also, my father who retired as a scale 4 officer from an insurance company, was on the interview panel in his final years of service, interviewing new recruits. Banks and insurance companies have same level of interviews...
He told me that interview has nothing to do with your intelligence. Your intelligence has already been measured by you passing the preliminary and mains examinations. Interview is ONLY to test your personality and confidence. Your goal is to impress the interview panel. Even if you don't know the answer to something, just remain confident in your response (even if you're wrong). Don't show your nervousness. Your body language and your personality are what will carry you through the interview.

Agreed but, knowledge of tests are done with the exams. Interview is ONLY to test your personality. It doesn't matter if you answer something wrong. It's how you answer it is what counts.

I am also pursuing BCA and thinking to gave bank exam but from childhood days i am a stammerer .. so I don't think so I will pass the interview if I appear for the bank exam.. Now also I am shy as compared to my friends bcz i fear of my speech.. if I stammer then people will laugh at me.. and when they laugh I felt so bad ....
I don't think that anyone will laugh at or make fun of, your knowledge will be taken into account if u r good at it😊

I assume i am the only one who is noticing this point , this panel is taking the conversation casually. Why a professional employee or employer have to use “tumne / apan “ … either you have to be professional or you can skip the interview. I felt this so irritating. If the candidate is speaking like that , at some point you can ignore this but as a panel member I believe, you shouldn’t use this language… instead of that you can use “aap” . Silly but it has some impact to some extent.
