- Here we are. The 4th installment that around 7 people wanted. I hope I never have to see this show ever again.
This one took much longer then anticipated, I started work in October and finished in mid July. This time, instead of taking guesses from TFW (That Fucking Wanker), I took them from a Transformers Discord server I moderate. Actually, now that I think about it, you never see the the Ground Vehicons in their car mode after the Darkness Rising series. The only vehicons you see transformer are the Aerial/Seeker ones.

The animators sometimes add a second model to pad the transformation sequences. Breakdown is seen in a lot of frames with a second spare tire, and Optimus sometimes has more than 10 wheels.

Yup, it makes it so they won't have to move every single piece just to transform. Something that the movies do a lot. (Mainly the Micheal bay movies)

I hated how only the Ground vehicons only had 1 or 2 scenes where they transformed. The rest of the vehicons were all aerial types.

@@charlescalvin9503 bulkhead is hollow in bot mode. We know this because Miko sometimes sits inside of him when he is a bot. Same thing goes for wheeljack, and probably some of the other bots as well.

'Masters & Students' was released a few months after the 'Darkness Rising' episodes, so maybe the crew was experimenting with the sound to see which one is better

Amazing transformations, you can see they really put their time into making these, really detailed transformations, they went from vehicle to robot in less than a millisecond, really amazing you can really see the intriquit design and how and where the parts went.
Which is I'll *never* make transformers animations.

@@christianparrish6647 Actually, 'Orion Pax Part 2' released sometime in February of 2012. Rescue Bots premiered about 2 months before, so the sound is originally from Rescue Bots, as far as I know.

@@Xyto77 Hasbro said that it was a follow up after this, but honestly it failed in that regard. The show would have been more convincing if it had been more Post-War like considering only 4 years passed since the end of the war.

Bulkhead doesn't seem to transform, he just compacts himself. His vehicle form is smaller than his regular torso.

At least Transformers Prime transformation sounds isn't as anoying as the G1 version. But, the Bayverse will always be my favourite because almost every character in the movies have different transformation sounds.
I guess the prime creators don't have the money to make more unique sound effects for each character.

I played the video very slow and watched carefully...
They actually don't use any logic they just break the parts of vehicle and arrange in a humanoid form and then add some refix effects
However the developers have worked very hard

I'm really glad that I grew up with this. Quite possibly the best show Transformers ever had. It's just too bad that we never got to see Knock Out become a fully fledged Autobot and I feel that Breakdown's gruesome death was really unnecessary and a lot of people think that he could've been a pretty good Autobot too. Oh yeah, and there's also the matter if that "controversial" other show in the Aligned Continuity that could've done A LOT if things differently and better.
A 22 minute episode contains more transformations than a 2+ hour bayformers movie...

I know the same transformation sound was used but I never realized how much. How hard would it have been to use a different sound. At least they did a slighty shortened version. Still a great damn show.

The only thing I would criticize is how they transform. It’s not like G1 or the Bayverse where you can see how the parts move and shift, but in Prime, they just spazz out and then they’re in robot/vehicle mode, and you can really only see the transformation when you slow it down a lot.
This show was very fucking expensive

That's also why characters like breakdown were killed off. Or so i've heard they couldn't continue to pay the voice actors
