I tried kayaking for the first time this year and it was really fun! At first I was petrified, but once I got the hang of it, and thankfully the tide wasn’t bad (besides boats and jet skis roughing it up). I’m so glad you guys got to experience it!
That is awesome! that's how it was for me initially too and it didn't help that Taylor kept rocking our boat lol, eventually it got better but I'm leaving her butt next time.
So I can’t swim and I’m scared to kayak but I’m adding this to my list of things to do when I go to Charleston because u guys made it look like fun.
I felt Taylor when she said she wanted to ride with daddy lol my kids would say the same…. I’m sure

Shem's Creek is a nice area but we've never been kayaking. We've ate at Saltwater Cowboys which is right there it was pretty good.
funny enough we haven't tried Saltwater Cowboys yet, it always seems so crowded, we've been to Waters Edge and Reds. Gonna venture out and check out the others soon.
