Two things,
1. Kerala has highly reasonable life. Tirur just 3 hours drive from Kochi and also a mid range town. 35 lac for house is a reasonable price.
2. Homezonline has builders with extrardinary talent. Simple, Elegant and Economical designs. They are making people life affordable. What else people need ? Hats off..

35 lakhs for 950sqft single storey house with no car porch and balcony is overpriced 🙂🙂even though 5 cent land is there but still it is overpriced..

Both rooms could be attached. One common bathroom could be provided outside
