This house checks most boxes in one way or another. I see you've solved the problem of deciding which is the front door by placing a chair to block one of them. ;-) I'd forego symmetry and have counter height windows in the kitchen so I could expand the counter space.

I really like this house. I would make the laundry room the pantry as I need a large pantry. Move laundry to bathroom. Put bathroom under stairs.

Two many doors for entry Pick one! Also too many design patterns, busy! Fireplace should be built up on hearth and have place for wood and tools!

I don’t care for the small and the layout of the living room at all. Kitchen/dining are great, laundry room doesn’t have to be so wide since there’s nowhere to put a pantry in on the right wall. Half bath is great. 2 BR both upstairs does not meet our needs of a lower level master.
