    The veg looked wonderful but sadly I'm allergic to legumes, and Hugh bless your heart you put them in almost everything you make!

    oh my my, what a beautiful couple of dishes! Scatter some feta on top of that tatin and it will be sheer bliss!

    Wait!! Hold the phone!! You are missing the beet root tops!! Pan fry with a bit of that spring onion....oh heaven!!!

    Again, a really odd recipe with ingredients that dont seem to go together at first.. The end result looks very nice though! Keep up the good work lads!
