Happy Friday! I have learned over the many years I’ve been buying groceries that the key to saving the most money is to shop several stores. I sho weekly at Kroger for all the good sales. I also use a local butcher shop to buy large quantities of meats to re-package and freeze when I see something we use on a special of the week. I shop Sam’s about 4 times a year to stock up on certain things. My Sam’s is 35 miles away. Also, dollar general is good for cleaning supplies, paper products etc when you use their app. Every Saturday there’s a 5.00 off 25.00 coupon and always good manufacturers coupons as well. I usually pick up about 30.00 worth of stuff and only pay around 15-17 . Just a few tips. It does take time to download coupons and search for the deals but it’s worth it. Have a good weekend!
Agreed! We just started doing that and I’ve noticed a huge difference in how much we spend!
I have shopped at Aldi in the past but I have fallen in love with Lidl. I’m in NC as well. If you have one nearby you should check it out.
Happy FriYAY, sweet friend. Fantastic haul. That lunch you prepped for the week looked so delicious.
Happy Friday 🩷
I wish I had an Aldi where I live in Northern CA! I hear so many good things about it. My town only had a Walmart so that's where I go!
You did really good grocery shopping. We don’t have an ALDI but when we go out of town I get to shop at one. Your meal looks really good
I do most of my shopping at Aldi and the rest at Walmart!
We get most of our two week stock up at Aldi, with a few select things from Costco monthly. Anything specialty that I can’t find at Aldi we get at Hyvee or Spouts depending on what we need. I love Aldi and have been shopping there for almost everything since way before the prices started to get so crazy. It really does help you cut back on costs as long as you can deal with the more limited and rotating selection. I know there’s some people who don’t really like the Aldi brand dupes but they have been getting better and better and the Specialty Select brand has much more variety than years ago.
You sound like me with switching to Aldi! I JUST had this same conversation with my husband yesterday!
It’s crazy the difference🥲
Aldi's is truly a game changer. That's my first stop every single month. I also have to go to 1 more grocery store cuz Aldi doesn't have everything I need. We went this past Wed & I spent under $300. There were a few things at Aldi's that I thought were high (eggs & sugar). My hubby grabbed them so I didn't know the price til I got home and looked at the receipt. U got a lot of great stuff! Your meal prep looks delicious 🤤
I tend to shop several stores . Usually Kroger, Aldi, Walmart, and then Sam’s or Costco. I usually try to shop the sales and then I price compare the other items on my list.
Yes I love Aldi prices! And I also go to other stores because they don't have everything I need!!
Your Pasta sauce jar, if it is the one I am thinking of, it is also a measuring cup type jar after you empty it. They are pretty nice. Sorry I am posting again, I watched earlier while at work, now I am done wanted to rewatch after work
Happy Friday!! I do most of my shopping at Aldi's....supplement with Costco and Shoprite....there are several things I use that they don't have....However ..I always go there first ...I too am on Weight Watchers. .I am very lucky that my Aldi's has the best fruits and veggies....and they now have ground turkey breast.. since I am Pescatarian . I am mostly plant based
I'm the same! Love Aldi but still end up getting a few things at Walmart and a couple of our other local grocery stores, just depending on what's on sale at the others or things that Aldi does not have.
I loved your meal prep! It looked sooooo good and to make it for about 2 points is awesome! Millie's socks were the cutest! Have a wonderful weekend, blessings!❤😊
I love Aldi’s so I shop there the most unless I need non food items then it is Wal-Mart! Also love Trader Joes, especially if I want an easy week! Just wish I didn’t have to go to Sprouts or my Kroger store to find Good Culture cottage cheese!
Happy Friday Hailey I am just after coming in from Aldi always great prices but I do go to Publix for other things like fruit and veg . Also love the Aldi finds . Enjoy your weekend 💖
I live in Arizona and we love to shop at WinCo. We feel it saves us so much money. We do try to buy two weeks worth and it can cost us anywhere from 200.00 to 250.00.
That’s great for 2 weeks!
We shop Aldi & Walmart go to Aldi first then fill in rest @ Walmart, cleaning & laundry, paper products cheaper @ Walmart to me
Love Aldi!! In Australia we don’t have all the same stuff you guys have 😢 I couldn’t do a full shop there but they definitely have a great range :)
I love Aldi too . Grateful we have one in town ❤
We like Aldi, but like you there are certain things we prefer other brands for. The quality of the produce at our Aldi is also hit or miss and I can typically get meat on sale for cheaper at other stores. I feel like keeping the grocery bill down takes so much strategy and work these days. 😅
You just gave me next weeks meal prep idea! 😋
Love the socks Millie!
We're also a family of 6 and I've had to quit doing Walmart orders because my cart would get to $300 in just a few minutes so Aldi, Ingles or Food Lion, and Sam's Club are our go tos.
I have recently noticed that grocery prices are dropping a bit. Today I bought name brand cereal on sale for less than $3. I haven’t seen that in a couple of years. There’s no Aldi near me to compare. This was at a small chain near me.
I went to Giant Eagle on Wednesday & I got select Kellogg's cereal for 99¢ 😁 Can you even believe that? I don't recall the last time I paid 99¢ for cereal.
We do Publix and Aldi! I agree sometimes the veggies and fruit just aren’t available when I go at Aldi! Aldi does save so much on the kids snacks for lunch’s!
I start with the sales / digital coupons at Kroger then get everything else at Aldi and Walmart.
I love Aldi’s lactose free milk, it tastes very good 😊 love your grocery hauls! Aldi is such a great way to save money every week
Good to know it’s good’
Aldi is awesome! I love that all their own products have no artificial colors. I haven’t found anything that’s not as good or better than the name brand. And so much cheaper! Their produce used to be questionable, but I think it’s very good now. ☀️☀️☀️
I do most of what I need at Aldi but yes I also have to go to another store for things that Aldi does not carry.
My husband loves Aldi and across the street is ingles. We love ingles for produce and meats. I love Walmart but hubs hates it haha 😂 I just like the non food shopping really tho. But aldi is so nice!! One of sons is picky tho so I have to get name brand for certain things.
Hello, I love Aldi’s and save soooo much and I do buy the lactose free milk there for my husband. He likes it. I usually only need a couple things from Walmart maybe a couple times a month. I would love to know how much you save as a family of six if you did your main shopping at Aldi’s for a month. Loved the video❤️
Such a good video!! We love Aldi's bread but we don't shop there for anything else bc they don't have much that we need or use.
Hey! I signed up for WW yesterday!
Our Winn Dixie has been bought out by Aldi and we are praying so hard that they turn it into an Aldi. Otherwise we don’t have an Aldi that’s not 45 minutes away from us and I’m contemplating making the drive. We do have a Piggy Wiggly that has some good deals that’s 20 minutes from us I shop at regularly
I enjoy Aldi, but I hate that I can't get everything there. So I get everything now at Walmart since I can just go to one place, drive up, and get everything I need in that solo trip. I have checked prices before and I find I save money doing it this way.
thank you for sharing 🙏🏻 very nice video
Have you tried the Keto bread at Aldi? Comes white and wheat. 1 point for two pieces of bread. I really like it.
Hey Friend, Happy Friday. I think meal planning and making a grocery list helps with the grocery budget as well. ❤ I have been enjoying your grocery haul and seeing everything that you pick up for you and your family. ❤🥰

Hi Millie!! 🙋🏻♀️👋🏻
She is so adorable!! ❤
Good Morning!!! I just want to say that I shop all around at places but Aldi does have quite a few things that we really like. The red bag chicken is a favorite. Also that cauliflower rice you bought is good. I like the southwest blend to make taco or burrito bowls with!!!
I’ll have to give the southwest one a try!
Hi Millie! I see you waving in the background. 😊
Good haul!
Do you leave your butter out on the counter?
If you do how long can you leave it out?
🌸Thanks
Great grocery haul have a blessed day 🙏
❤️❤️
i do most my grocery shopping at aldi but then i will go to walmart for a few things i cant get there at aldi.
Your meal looks good
Hello friends 🤗wanted to let you know that I keep all my onions in the refrigerator and when you cut them they hardly bother my eyes 👍 have a warm weekend everyone 🤗
I love Aldi. But i buy things at Walmart also because they don't have everything I need
Maybe try a wholesale store as well like Costco, Sam’s Club, or BJ’s especially because you have the 4 kiddos and you can buy in bulk there. Since you fly through food, stores like those will help with at least all the snacks (yogurt, sweets, string cheese, etc.) for the kids, and also your Fairlife milk.
I shop aldi every week first, and then I do Walmart for everything else that aldi didn't have. 🎉
So fun fact with Aldi if you buy something and don’t like it you can return it just have your receipt.
I have been wanting spaghetti so I ordered the spiral veggies and sauce in hopes of it tasting yummy
I like the zucchini noodles! We’re having it tonight
@@homewithhailey I’m going to try it maybe for my supper tonight too.
I like aldi but sometimes their produce isn’t good (my strawberries had rotten ones in the center last time), and I’ve even gotten a rotten egg from there 🤢 but for canned goods and shelf stable stuff I do love it!
I feel the same sometimes about the produce
Just got an Aldi about an hour away from us. I’ve been twice.
❤❤❤❤
i have gotten the lactose free milk for my daughter she loves it she uses 2% milk but she loves it and she loves her milk but is lactose intollerant she hasnt tried fairlife but says its just as good as the lactaid milk
Not sure if it’s be too much work but would you consider also sharing the prices of your food? I live in central California and would love to know the price difference of my Aldi stores and others
Where did you get your bowls that you put in the oven
Good morning love your channel and wanted to say I love Aldi, also wanted to let u know the aldi lactose free milk is exactly like hairline I tried it one week just to save a little money and never went back to fairlife
Good to know! Thank you for letting me know!
Hailey how do you cook your zucchini noodles? Mine are frozen. I’ve tried cooking fresh but they end up soggy.
I love Aldis! I just wish their pickup was as easy as Walmart😅
Yum
I live in Nebraska and the only Aldi is 2 hour’s away, I hate that.
what kind of Fridge do you have ? Love to watch your videos . New to your channel suscribed
So enjoy your videos. What state do yall live in? I’m in TN.
NC!
Aldi’s keto bread is 2 slices for 1 WW point. I just grabbed a loaf yesterday. Unless my WW calculator messed up.
I need to try that one!
@@homewithhailey it’s actually very good. I had no clue it was 1 WW pt for 2 slices. Till yesterday
I do a lot of my grocery shopping at Aldi!!! Walmart some, Giant Eagle some and the occasional Meijer.
@@homewithhailey the bread is amazing. Tastes so yummy
I get some things at Aldi. I'd get more if they had more diabetic friendly items.
Get a tub of butter for spreading. Sticks are not for spreading.
Like country crock? There’s not a lot of “real butter” tub options.
They are if you keep room temp on the counter!
@@homewithhailey yes, spreadable butter has more oil to make it spreadable. You can use stick butter at room temperature but only if it’s 100% real butter. Anything else will go rancid.
@@homewithhailey I like Aldi’s brand of spreadable butter. It’s pretty comparable to country crock.
@@millennialmommaker I used to always buy country crock, until I switched to “real butter”. We always keep it on the counter and prefer it that way!
I shop mainly at Tesco or Morrisons and occasionally Sainsburys. I get the meat for my husband and son from our local butcher as it is good quality and locally sourced. Xx
I tried that Hawaiian chicken from Aldi and it was terrible🤢 it had a very strong metal taste and the chicken quality was not good. Idk if I got a bad pack or what I wanted to love it
I love to shop at Aldi, I save so more money there. the only thing I don't like is there breakfast sausage, to me it was so nasty.
